Beach condo vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

Great place in a beautiful location. Direct access to beach is a privilege. You can enjoy sunrise, heated pool and hot tub. Penny was great so don’t forget to say hi to her. She can fix any problem you have during your stay. I would definitely come back again.

Everything was great and as advertised. The host was very responsive with a few questions we had within an hour or so of checking in. Checking in was easy, just use a pin code on the door when you get there. Checking out was also a breeze. The house has plenty of space, outside balcony, and was right by the pool. The access to the beach is right behind the building. Definitely recommend.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

The condo was exactly what we wanted for a weekend trip. It was a pleasant surprise to have all the beach supplies we needed. The toiletries, linens and kitchen were fully stocked. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was handy, an excellent seafood restaurant was within walking distance. No complaints at all.

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Wonderful condo for family vacation! Lots of space, great kitchen, awesome pool!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

A very comfortable and secure location. Convenient location to the beach, restaurants,grocery stores and department stores. And most of these are within walking distance! The pool area is great! Lots of chairs to choose from.Some in the sun and some in the shade. The unit itself is a perfect size for 2 people. It has a balcony that we sat on many mornings and at the end of most days. It does face EauGallie Blvd. so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. We needed to keep the slider shut most nights as we watched TV. But the palm trees in front of the balcony offer some privacy and a small buffer to the noise. We were long-term renters and did quite a bit of cooking. While the kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils, there were a few we needed to purchase. A corkscrew, a can opener, a measuring cup and a large pot ( for making spagetti sauce or a stew). It was so nice to have a washer and drier in the unit! This was a big plus for us! All in all, our stay at Jital's was great!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Wonderful place to stay. Incredible beach to watch launches. Jean was super responsive. We messaged him when we couldn’t find the baby gate mentioned in the description. He had someone come over who not only got us a baby gate, but also kindly got us a high chair as well. This is why we love AirBnBs with a little one. We’d definitely consider staying again. Perfect spot for our family to enjoy the Space Coast for a week. 🚀

We loved our stay at Eryka’s place!! The neighborhood was so beautiful/peaceful. I loved the short walk to the beach!! The Airbnb was fully stocked and so comfortable! We felt right at home!! The wagon, beach chairs and umbrella were a HUGE plus!! We didn’t know how much that wagon would save us on the walk!! Beautifully decorated as well! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo, great location and fair price for the amenities. The unit was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. Beach access was great and we appreciated the umbrella and other items available for guests to use. When checking in the gate wasn't working to let anyone in. Was likely the weather causing gate to malfunction and Sam was available right away to assist. We also left something behind and he worked with the houskeeper to get it back to us. We got to see two rocket launches and it was a great view! Also enjoyed the pool; residents and other renters were very friendly. Would definitely book again in the future!

This is our 5th year staying at Emma’s condo. As usual excellent experience.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Claudia's condo has everything you need for an extended stay. Spotless at checkin and easy to keep that way. Walking distance to the beach. Many great restaurants and attractions close by. I would definitely book her condo again.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda’s place. She was very responsive and helpful! Loved the close vicinity to the beach and the peaceful area we were located in. Would definitely go back!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at the Shark Shack and it was just as lovely as the first time. Donnetta is very friendly, accommodating and willing to do what she can to make our stay enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem and we look forward to booing again for next year!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!
