Beach condo vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

This place was so nice. The location was perfect with easy beach access and a very relaxing pool. Plenty of food options, shopping and mini golf. Our family had fun and also had good relaxing days. We loved it!

Jennifer’s condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was nicely furnished and I loved the decor. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!!! Comfortable bed, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen with quality supplies, I could go on and on. The best part of all was the access to the beach and the chairs and umbrella provided! We walked to local restaurants and bars many times and really felt at home. Katelyn is a gracious host and extremely responsive. You cannot go wrong by renting this place!

We had an amazing stay. I have limited mobility and the condo is very close to the beach and there’s a handicap space right in front of the unit that was open the whole week for me. Lots of fun things to do in the area is well. We went to the wizard of oz museum, kayaking in manatee cove, saw 2 SpaceX launches, and there was a boat race while we were there.

We had a great stay at this condo! It’s located less than a block from the beach, yet the area is quiet and peaceful perfect for relaxing. The condo itself is updated, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering our questions. Highly recommend staying here!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

Beautiful place in a great location. Clean and stocked with supplies. Loved the code entry so no key at the beach. 15 seconds walk to the pool, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the Port restaurants. 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks Donna!

Great place to stay, right next to the pool, which for us having 2 kids was great. Condo was a nice little getaway where we felt at home. Very clean and had everything and more that we didn't bring. Both Jan and her husband were very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to change the code for the front door(user error). They gave recommendations for dining/things to do before we got there and while we were there. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa Beach!

Deb was easy to communicate with, she was flexible with dates, was very accommodating, and provided a great experience. The place was exactly how it appeared in her photos and was great. My family had an amazing trip thanks to her

We have been coming to Cocoa Beach for many years and this condo building is our favorite place to stay. This unit looks just like the photos, and is sparkling clean and tidy. And well stocked! We were pleasantly surprised to find "extras" like toiletries and several rolls of toilet paper that usually are not provided in rental units. The location is ideal--right on the ocean with a spacious balcony which contains a table and two chairs, along with two chaise lounges. It was very comfortable and we spent a great deal of time out there. In addition there are a wide variety of great restaurants within walking distance. Lori was a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. She even let us know that there was a space launch scheduled for the day we arrived, so that was an added bonus to be able to see that right from the beach in front of us. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. We have been visiting cocoa beach annually for years, and our usual place was under construction. After staying here, this is our new go-to. The resort was absolutely spotless, and front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was exactly as described, and clean- which is my number one concern wherever we stay. The pool was wonderful and my kids loved spending hours there. The arcade is fun for a change of pace, and private beach access was perfect. We rented beach loungers and umbrellas daily, and it was so nice not to have to lug chairs back and forth. There’s plenty nearby to walk to, and it’s in the perfect location. The grounds are also beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful when I reached out before our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

I had an excellent stay. Suzi's place was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beach was great. She provided great instructions so everything was easy to find.

Perfect get-away, right on the beach! Quiet and un-crowed during the week. The Host answered all questions promptly and we though this was a good value for the listed rates. We'd return in the future. :-)

This condo was so nice and so spacious. Our family was extremely comfortable. We loved the distance to the beach. When we return, we will be sure to book again!

We booked last minute and Kim was able to have the air bnb ready before the stated check in time! The place was so clean, and very spacious for a 2BR condo. There was pretty much anything you needed from great kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. You are right on the beach, which made getting up for the gorgeous sunrises so easy! The pool was very nice and clean as well with many chairs to lay out on.

We had such a great stay! Rebecca is definitely a Super Host! Responded right away! The place was so clean, and was equipped with everything for the beach. The beach itself is walking distance, and so beautiful. She didn’t miss a thing. We are definitely going to return.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

Kelly has a gem of a condo and is an awesome host. She helped walk us through extending our stay. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we were able to stay an extra night, and we are grateful. We will most definately be staying at Beach Bliss on our future trips to Satellite Beach!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Pedro’s place was the perfect home base for us for our 3 day weekend in the area. Walkable to beach, some restaurants, and almost groceries (it looks like the former Winn-Dixie nearby is being converted into an Aldi). The photos are accurate and there are thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a great space for a couple. Nice and clean and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and friendly and we had a great experience.

Julia was great! We were previously staying at a different airbnb and it had an electrical issue so we had to leave immediately. We booked at 8pm hoping that Julia would be able to approve immediately so we could move in that night and she did! We were so grateful. The place was comfy with a well stocked kitchen and the view and balcony were absolutely beautiful. Thank you again for saving our vacation! We are truly grateful!
