Cocoa Beach beach vacation rentals

Absolutely loved our stay here! Anee was responsive and friendly, house was clean and set up so great, we didnt need anything but food! Close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Check in and out was super simple. Great experience althogether.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

I enjoy staying at the beach when I come to visit family in the area. Jenn's apartment was everything you could want in a short-term stay. She has thought of little things in the kitchen (clips for chips!) and I was very comfortable. There's a good local restaurant/bar just 2 block away with yummy food and the heart of Cocoa Beach is about a 5 block walk. It really is a convenient location! The beach is about a 4 block walk. Doable, but, if you drive there are meters 7AM-7PM, but, the beach is soo worth it!! Highly recommend!

Chef’s kiss! 🤌🏼 The neighborhood, the home, the yard, THE WATERPRESSURE 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 This place is it We will be back It’s beautiful and homey My 8 yr old learned to swim in the beautiful pool and my 11 yr old He’s non verbal but today when it was time to leave and he kept taking his cup and putting back in his vacation room and then the heartbreak when he realized we were leaving I’m gonna go with he loved the house as much as the rest of us! Thanks so much for hosting us PS we already have friends and family asking for the reservation info to enjoy for themselves. 🤌🏼

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and we can’t wait to come back again! Amazing house with a great pool just off of the water. Everything is clean and true to the pictures. Selene is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here for a visit to cocoa beach!

We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

David was an outstanding host. We enjoyed the place and our stay in his property. The location was conveniently close by the beach. It was a peaceful environment overall. I had a short stay over the weekend as a gift to my girlfriend. She really enjoyed the whole experience. The place is well equipped with short to mid- stays.

Levi’s place exceeded our expectations! Very clean, spacious and cozy. The location was walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. Great hosts!

I loved my stay here. The place was perfect, comfy, adorably decorated, clean, and located in a very walkable area. The outdoor shower was a BLESSING after the beach, and it was incredibly convenient to have the rolling beach cart and chairs right there for us as well.

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at 400 South. We only Recommend to have the sofa cleaned in the unit we stayed in it has stains and looks dirty. The bathroom needs shelving there is no space to put your things at all. The unit does not like the pictures, not as fresh and clean as represented. We re trying another unit next week let’s see. I have to say the host is super responsive! 🙏🏻

Christine’s suite was perfectly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It was the little details that made it feel extra special. The space had everything we needed, and the peaceful garden was a highlight… our son loved spending time out there. It was quiet, relaxing, and just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay again!

Awesome place. Right off the beach. The patio is great. Rooms very clean and enjoyable for family with kids. The hot tub also adds to the charm of this place. Adam was responsive and helped us out very friendly host. I would come again. Totally recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my family enjoyed this location, it was perfect, away from everything, pictures are exactly as it looks! We will definitely stay here again in the near future!

We love our weekends at Erin’s place! We are repeat guests because her place is wonderful and she is a gracious host! The home is spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. And the location! Walk across the street to the beach and come home to jump in the pool! And any restaurant and shop you might need is 5-10 minutes away. At this point, Erin’s place truly feels like our home away from home and we couldn’t be more grateful!

We stayed 8 nights and wish it was longer! Everything was awesome! Kathy is very responsive and helpful. Her place is impeccable and she has everything u might need there. I went out to buy some bug spray and then saw a whole can in the laundry room after!!!!! Do look around because it’s probably in there! Property is a little piece of heaven! Fished off dock and beach was closer than I thought it would be! And “private” is an understatement!!! 2 days there was no one in sight!!!!!! Absolutely awesome and will be back! Thanks Kathy, Carl and Ray for an enjoyable stay

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We loved the peacocks! They added such character to the area. They can be a little loud, but we felt it added to the charm. The pool was fantastic, and the house was spacious. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach when you were carrying chairs/umbrella/toys, but it was easy to drop them off and walk back when there weren’t parking spots. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely visit again! Perfect spot for a week!

I honestly enjoyed my days on this tiny beach house! The place was as described and the vibe was perfect. Me and my daughter were able to have quality/fun/relax time and this place definitely fit the criteria. The bathroom itself is the adventure of the stay! And the place is close to everything, 14 minutes to Coca beach but you also have a walking distance beach. The owners are very polite and friendly. I 100% recommend this place!

Such a cute and wonderful little cottage! The house is relatively close to most everything. We walk the whole time we were there. Some was a good little walk but doable. The house itself self was very comfortable and Sondra was wonderful when it came to communication!!
