Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

Pam was a great host and the house exceeded our expectations. The views were great and the house had more character and charm than your typical air bnb. I immediately felt like I was on vacation when I walked in the house and I live only a few miles away.

This house is great! We were an extended family of adults and children ranging from 1yr -9years. This is our 2nd stay here and it was as nice as we remember. There is a lot of space to spread out both inside and outside. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom! The outdoor space is wonderful. We ate all of our meals on the patio. The pool was heated and great fun for the kids (and adults)! The pool area was a favorite hang out spot when we were not at the beach. The walk to the beach is short and safe. There were plenty of beach toys. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay at Richard’s. The house was spacious and easily fit our crew. The pool was amazing also. Richard was a very helpful host and was top notch with communication. We would definitely recommend!

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Linn’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The home has plenty of space and is very inviting! The grounds and pool area are exquisitely maintained offering a very private and pristine setting despite being surrounded by other properties. We only had a couple minor suggestions which were privately messaged to the host as possible improvements to make future stays even more exceptional 😁 We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!

Stayed 29 nights at Linda’s for work. Beach was beautiful and convenient. AC blows cold. No dishwasher unfortunately but that was ok. Beach amenities were a nice touch (towels, cooler, chair etc)

Was looking for a place to accommodate a group of 6 on a business trip. This place was wonderful! I would definitely book again for my own personal vacation! Cindy is a wonderful host!

Excellent location with private beach access! The pool was a lifesaver due to rough waters at the beach for a majority of our stay! The adults and the kids loved everything about the property! Highly recommended for large groups!

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

We had 5 adults and 2 kids, this was the perfect location for our weekend stay before our cruise. We would have loved staying there longer if we had the time. There were bikes and plenty of beach accessories for us to use. Will definitely stay again when in the area next!

Absolutely love this place. we have been coming for years and will continue to come. Binnur is a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful, although we didn't need to contact her at all this trip, everything was perfect. Looking forward to next year already

We had a great stay at Hedy’s. The location was excellent…like right there on the beach. And being able to bring our fur baby was such a bonus. The space could use a few aesthetic upgrades, but overall it was comfortable. Hedy was friendly, responsive, and open to feedback, which we really appreciated. She said hi and stopped to chat every time we saw her. There was an issue the morning we were leaving, but she came over quickly to handle it! Would definitely consider staying there again for our next beach getaway.

Matthew’s house exceeded expectations! The location was perfect, walking distance from the beach and a nice private pool. We met some new friends next door to us as they were visiting from up north. The food recommendations did not disappoint and was super yummy. Thank you Matthew for opening your home to my family!

Great place, great value. Felt right at home and the setup is functionally quite private. You’re right on top of the beach and can hear the waves but the sand and scrub rises just high enough that the back yard area remains private and isn’t directly visible from the public beach itself. Best of both worlds for sure! The elevated deck was a favorite spot to sit in the evening and the house had all the amenities to make this into our beach home away from home for a week. Our 18 month old loved the house too. Any rocket launches would be visible from the house itself or the beach beyond. We opted to make the short drive to Kennedy Space Center to halve the distance to the launch pad, and saw a rocket launch while we were in town. Now that I’ve seen one closer up I’d happily watch from the house next time. Good chance we’ll be back!

Daniel's place was great. Not only is he very responsive and responds to your messages. But his pictures does not do it justice. The place is better than the pictures. Bonus is you don't need to drive to do anything. So much to do in downtown Cocoa Beach! Loved it! Highly recommend

The condo was perfect for our needs! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crashing. Walking distance to both the beach and shops/restaurants was great. We definitely plan on coming back!!

We loved staying here with our two tweens and are already plotting an adults-only return. The place is indeed luxurious with all the amenities you’d want. We’d never used a Shibumi shade but were grateful for it on sunny beach days and plan on getting our own now. Thank you for a wonderfully clean and pretty landing pad after our daily adventures!

Our stay at Ellie's was excellent in every aspect. No problem whatsoever in getting into the condo when we arrived in the wee hours of our first day. The condo is spacious and clean and a perfect location. The condo overlooks the pool and the atmosphere was magical at night. We saw five rocket launches while there and my 15 year old grandson was in awe. We had our own designated space so there was no problem with parking. Tina and Kurt were quick to respond to any questions. Tina, Kurt and Ellie were compassionate, understanding and so very kind. Ellie extended our check out time because we had a late flight; I was touched by her generosity and understanding. The ocean was no more than a 2 minute walk. Ellie povides all the beach equipment including umbrellas. I sincerely hope we can return next year. Loved this vacation!

I absolutely loved this little cottage. Super clean, and very comfortable. Very responsive host. They have everything you need, and am so impressed with their beach amenities. They have everything you need for a day at the beach, including wagons to carry it all. The beach is just steps away and I loved the two minute walk to watch the sunrise. I also Enjoyed my coffee on the outdoor patio table. They also have a laundry room in back, which was a nice convenience. This unit is perfect for one to two people. Comfortable bed, close to the beach, walkable to a few restaurants and to the pier. I will definitely be back. If you want to relax and enjoy being steps from the beach, this place is turn key. Just show up with your clothes, food and drinks and you are set.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

Great spot, seconds from the beach and pool. Super clean, looks like recently remodeled, very cozy and plenty of room for family of four. Would certainly stay there again!

This was our second visit back to Silvia’s place. We stayed for 5 weeks to get away from some of our Canadian winter. Everything was just as perfect as our first visit. Literally 3 minute walk to beach for beautiful sunrises and great location to catch a rocket launch. Great location for walking to Fish Camp & The Pier for Happy Hour or a meal (25-30 minute adult walk) Very safe location and lovely backyard with some shade for those liking a break from the sun. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom and lots of closet space. Second bedroom has two twin beds and ensuite as well. Laundry facilities conveniently located on second level between the two bedrooms. I would absolutely recommend Silvia’s place for short or long term stay. Silvia is great to communicate with and quick to respond. Her place has everything you need for the beach as well as cooking at home.
