Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

This place is a hidden gem. The beach and several restaurants are all within walking distance. The property is quiet. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. The sheets are the best I've ever felt. Annalea is responsive and very friendly. I plan on returning here a few times every year indefinitely.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was only 2 blocks from the beach and the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. was a great amenity to have! Will say there is a lot of foot traffic but the front porch area is hidden by bamboo so it is still private and quiet. If you park on the street, make sure you are parked going with traffic or you will get a ticket. Would 100% stay here again!

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

This was the perfect place for me and my family! It was so close to my family who lives here full time and close to restaurants, stores, and not far from lots of things to do with the family. The pool is an added bonus for everyone! We will definitely be wanting to stay here again on our next visit. The home was extremely clean and Ralph responded quickly if and when we needed anything or had any questions! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has the perfect layout. Everything was new, fresh and very comfortable. I had a poolside condo with a nice size porch to view the water and relax. The rocket launch was the ultimate view. I would highly recommend this condo.

we, loved the location of the property. it was unbeatable. minutes from the beaches, in a club community with pool hot tub and gym. very close to shops and grocery stores. absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay. if you need some action it is a short drive to Orlando. our host was very attentive and responsive to our needs. one of our best stays yet.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

I had a long term stay at Patrick's AirBnB in Cape Canaveral for a work assignment. The condo was great, very spacious with a beautiful beach view, and had all the accommodations you could ask for: A well fully equipped kitchen, nice beds/mattresses, ample linens and towels, and bathrooms with nice showers. The building was well-kept and the pool area was very nice (never crowded). The beach was a three minute walk from the condo, and the area felt very safe and walkable. The pier with restaurants was about one mile south and eacy to get to on foot. While there were some renovations happening during my stay, which Patrick fully disclosed prior to my committing to my stay, I was at work during the day, so this impacted me very little. Note: the renovations were reaching completion in early October 2024. I do want to say Patrick was an amazing host, helping in any way he could, and very responsive to any questions I had. His hospitality helped make my stay very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

The house is very homely feeling… like a lived in home vs. a sterile, minimalist vacation home, very well equipped- there was lots of amenities to use the kitchen, plenty of places to sit and eat. It was a sufficient space for our purposes. The pool could use a bit of a cleaning or “makeover”. There were a lot of cool plants and a great large table to sit and enjoy the peace out on the patio. The decor was a little bright/80s/90s/eclectic and not my style but if that doesn’t bother you - this place is fine. I really struggled with the queen sized bed- it’s VERY HIGH (I’m 5’3” and had to practically jump into it) and it was quite uncomfortable. The house could use some updates but otherwise was clean and well appointed.

This was my first time using Airbnb and it did not disappoint I Reserved this place for my birthday with my friends and boyfriend it was an amazing experience and everything looked just like the picture our host was very kind and responsive when we need them I give this place a 10/10 and would definitely book again. I would like to Thank my hosts Ashley and Christopher for letting us stay here the house was amazing.

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

I have never stayed in a better stocked airBnB. This place literally has everything and anything you could need. Fully stocked for the beach as well as staying home. Two beach wagons, tons of chairs, beach umbrellas, tons of options for pool toys, water guns, bikes, scooters, helmets… you see it in the pictures, it’s there and then some. Fence around the pool makes it super safe with kids playing outside when not swimming. An absolute dream for parents traveling with kids. Host(s) are extremely responsive and willing to help in whatever way possible. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is my second stay at this location and it is easily accessible and a great location. Definitely would be looking for availability for any future stays!

Lovely Airbnb! And the absolutely best host! Daniel was very kind and accommodating, updating us with rocket launch info and recommendations for nearby restaurants. He even went above and beyond and took us for a ride on his boat! He was great with my kids and gave us an experience we will never forget. He’s a genuinely good person and will make sure you have everything you need for a great stay. The home was also very clean and had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, towels and even kayaks to use! We fell in love with Merritt Island and cannot wait to go back and stay at Daniel’s again. Do not hesitate to book!

I wish we had arrived sooner and stayed longer. The beds were so comfortable. Didn't realize they had remotes until the morning. Couldn't get the football game to play; I didn't reach out to ask either. Such a cute place! We loved the arcade games too!
