Wonderful flat Spotless Very Confortable Great Location Very Private Very Quiet Easy access to Town

Everything went smoothly and the flat was clean, spacious, and quiet. The amenities, like washer and dryer, were wonderful. While the location was slightly off the common "tourist path," we actually appreciated that and it was an easy bus ride or Uber back to the flat each night. We also enjoyed the local pub and the food choices nearby. My only issue was the lack of communication about the 3 flights of stairs/no lift. This fact is mentioned in other reviews (as I see now), but not in the description of the property nor in the initial instructions for accessing the flat. The stairs themselves are not Ben's fault and as I learned on my 14-day journey through Ireland and the UK, accessibility is not a priority in these old cities. That's fine. But the lesson for me I guess is to read reviews a little more closely, as that's the only place the stairs are mentioned. I have bad knees so trekking up the stairs each night after a long day was, quite simply, torture. But still a great stay.

We were a family of 5 and spent 3 nights in Rachel’s apartment. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent. A couple mins to tram and easy walk to all the sights. Near lots of places to eat too and a Tesco express just around the corner. There were boxes of toys in the app which were great for entertaining our 5 year old. Rachel had everything labelled so you know where everything is and how everything works. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

What an amazing apartment everything from the place itself to the location was perfect walking distance to beautiful Edinburgh city centre with lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate area ! Valentina is a great host too

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped modern apartment (the only thing missing was a coffee maker). The heat worked very well. Despite being close to a busy street, the apartment was quiet, even for a picky sleeper like me, with good curtains and shades to keep out the morning light. The bed was big and comfortable. Being on the ground floor, it was somewhat dark, but we hadn't come to hang out there, so that was fine. Location was brilliant, being right down the steet from Haymarket train station and the Airlink bus. It's close to many food stores, cafes and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk from both Princes Street and an entrance to the Water of Leith walking path. Adam was very responsive to our questions during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Mel was a very helpful and friendly host. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a quiet and peaceful break. Particularly good for the dog with the garden being fully enclosed and free to roam.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Very comfortable stay in Lorna and Richard's house. Cannot recommend highly enough, hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was provided that we needed, every detail had been carefully thought out. The house was perfect for visiting our daughter at university. Would love to stay again sometime. The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

The house was lovely and easily accommodated our family of six, including children and accessibility needs. Marie was very accommodating and had provided a well stocked kitchen and helpful guidance on using the features of the property.

The apartment was as advertised. The pictures were accurate great location. Only concern we had was construction started as we got there. It was unfortunate but beyond Samantha’s control

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

We stayed in Elizabeth’s place for our first couple of nights in Scotland. It was perfect and exactly what we needed! She was extremely accommodating to an early check in and met us right when we got there with instructions. The area is perfect and just a short walk to old town, new town and Stockbridge. Close to deans village! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean!

Great location and spacious

Really amazing and extremely beautiful flat. It is impeccably decorated and feels like you’re travelling back in time to an Enlightenment-era salon. The living room and bedrooms are like a manoresque time capsule whereas the bathroom and kitchen are modern and fully decked out. Barely wanted to leave the flat! One of the best airbnb experiences ever!

The apartment is in a good location with good transport link via bus and train for our stay in Edinburgh. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Sue was really helpful before our visit and responded quickly our questions. Would definitely recommend a stay here
