Tiny house vacation rentals in Cobano District

A unique opportunity to stay in a rustic cabin within walking distance of a private beach on the property. Abundant wildlife on the property including monkeys. The bioluminescence tour was the highlight.

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

We had a very nice stay, with very close to a beach entrance. The pool was also lovely to cool off. The kitchen we were allowed to use was also super clean. Tip: do bring mosquito spray, because we really needed that.

Just right for the 3 of us. Internet was better than expected! Cobano close by for atm, gas and food. Critters did visit, just use a flashlight at night when getting of bed but nothing serious. Its not fancy but its cute & perfect. The pool and patio have an unforgettable view, not to mention the monkeys! During a couple storms, the electricity went out but came back on after a while. Local people care about the condition of the dirt roads, but its a task due to rain just like all of CR. Only issue was with the springs in the mattress cause im used to a softer bed.We would most definitely use this place again! Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay, it was a peaceful space, very clean and away from the hustle and bustle. I personally loved the access road on the atv, beautiful views and steep rugged terrain. Perfect place to decompress and relax. Thank you!

A big favorite for the small house with patio and outdoor shower. The instructions were very helpful and we had wonderful service with the host. The beach is a 10-minute walk and is beautiful. There is a small grocery store right next to the accommodation. Thanks to the host and we will recommend this accommodation!!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our time at Casa Ahoi. The feeling of sleeping in an old school bus in the middle of the green is awesome and gives the stay something very special. The bed is very comfortable and the bus has everything you need. It has many storage options, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hot water shower and an outdoor shower. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio with the great Oceanview (especially on the hammock). Our highlight was watching Sunset on the yoga deck and ending the day. Bibi&Luki (the owners) are very helpful, nice and easy going. The dogs Lola&Ozzy are very people loving and friendly. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.

Perfect tiny house. Close to the beaches of Bejuco & San Miguel. In the middle of nature, with all the necessities you need. It was a perfect stay! Thanks for everything.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica was absolutely perfect! The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—just a short five-minute walk to the beach (if that!), with great restaurants nearby. Our hosts went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations and making sure we felt safe and well taken care of. They even arranged a trusted taxi for our airport transfers, which made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent place to stay in Santa Teresa. Right outside of town (which can be very busy) to create a very peaceful atmosphere. The villa has two great restaurants steps away that keep this spot walkable. The concierge was extremely responsive and guided us through our check in and offered his tips for the area. He even said to reach out for help if we ran into issues on our journey north via motorcycle. This is perfect spot, please consider booking!

Great Airbnb, super nice complex with great pool to cool off and well equipped. You should only consider beforehand that it is not easy to reach without a rental car (4x4) and you are not too mobile without a car or ATV in the area. Beach and cafes are easily accessible on foot in about 20 minutes)

Must be the most amazing place we have ever stayed yet. It might be remote, but worth it for the peace and quiet you get, surrounded by nature far from everything. The little house is perfect, it has everything you might need with no clutter. It’s design with a thought and you can tell how much attention to details it has. Perfect gateway for two. Montezuma and Santa teresa just 20-40 minutes drive away in case you want more pace. Definitely need a 4x4. Tobes has amazing food guide to explore. We wanted to be far from everything and everybody and that’s exactly what we got. Plenty to explore around the peninsula including nature, food, surfing. There’s nothing better than an outside summer water shower or a read on a hammock early in the morning. We’d love to come back!!

Excellent apartment-type house with all the necessary amenities, and very close to everything. Kim always responded to me as soon as possible. I recommend it.

The stay at Andrew's was beautiful. The small house offers everything you need. You are very much in nature and right on a beautiful beach. Without a car, there are sometimes longer walks to get to a larger supermarket or other restaurants, as the house is rather remote.

Rainbow House was a great place to stay. Surrounded by trees with great view of the Pacific Ocean. Steep climb to the house but that was great exercise. Chachi was responsive to our requests and is very helpful.
