Such a beautiful location and the PERFECT villa for my family and I. The property is exactly as per the photos. It is maintained daily by Vincete (awesome guy and super friendly/really helpful). The house was cleaned daily at no extra cost. We had such a wonderful time staying here with 2 young kids, grandma and brother’s family. The view from the kitchen and outdoor area/pool is beautiful and never gets old. Would love to come back again!

The setting was amazing! It was really cool to be so close to Montezuma and the area but have a peaceful jungle retreat to go to. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and watching the animals. We saw a great variety of birds, reptiles, and had howler monkeys come through. It was an incredible few days. Jodi reached out after first booking and was a very responsive host, she connected us with Leanne and Ron right away, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful with all our local questions, giving suggestions, recommendations and advice. This was a phenomenal portion of our trip!!

Amazing stay in Santa Teresa made even better with Sami’s concierge! Emilio (concierge) was INCREDIBLE and the daily cleaning crew. Responded daily to all of my questions and inquiries about the home. Provided great recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The house was great, just what we needed. The pool, outdoor areas, kitchen, and bedrooms were all my favorites. Highly recommended!

We had a really good time at Loretta's Airbnb, it was bigger than the photos and we had plenty of space, also everything was really clean. the only down I would think of, is that the kitchen sink was really small and it was really uncomfortable to clean dishes. Overall I would say it was really worth it, really good experience to share with friends and family.

The decking behind the tent is raised up into the forest and made me feel deeply connected with the wild and natural surroundings, and I enjoyed seeing so much wildlife around and overhead - it was mind blowing! Sharon and Steve have an amazing part of the world and I’m so glad they’re happy to share it! The location is ideal; perched between Montezuma and Santa Teresa - both lively surf scenes, you’ll find your tribe here. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming, and they made my visit to the Nicoya Peninsula one that I’ll never forget!

We have traveled for over 50 years and Lynn was the best host we’ve ever encountered. She was so friendly, open, easy to communicate with and helpful. We arrived very late and she made arrangements to meet us and accompany us to the rental. She also made unexpectedly needed arrangements to get our daughter back to the airport. She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything but was never intrusive. She really made our stay stress free and very special.

The place is in front of the beach, the rooms are comfortable, I really enjoyed the hammocks and the company of the hosts, they also prepared a delicious meal, the best thing was to have breakfast in front of the beach, Montezuma is also close, the Cabo Blanco park, the surf point just a few meters away, I will definitely be back!

Our family of five traveled to Costa Rica for the first time, and we are so happy we chose this place. Close to stores and many beaches, it felt completely secluded and safe. We cooked all of our meals there and did not want for any appliance or cookware. As we needed to work some, we were thrilled with the fast WiFi. Because we packed light, we were also happy we had on-site laundry facilities. The kids loved the pool—we all loved the pool. My son and I even enjoyed a little hike around the lush property. 11/10 for sure.

Paradise was a great place to relax! You are by the sea, you have hammocks where you can admire the sunrise with the animals that cohabit here. The owners made us feel truly welcome! They were attentive, available, full of small touches! The meals were just excellent! I recommend eating there at least once! Their positive energy made our stay great! We took a surf lesson and really enjoyed this experience!! The instructor was very patient with us and very educational. We had a lovely time with you, thanks again!
