Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Clayton

I have stayed here before. Really love the Deck, the view of the river, the local area of antique stores and shops. Mike was great. Check-in was easy. You do have to climb stairs, so if you can't do that, it might not be for you. However, it is worth it because the view of the Mississippi and Illinois river is fantastic. Everything was just great. I am sure we will be staying here again, as we come back to STL every other year to visit.

Host was amazing to work with. This house was in a nice location and stocked with everything we needed.

The place was up to date, clean, and very quiet. The couch was comfortable enough to sleep on. Lots of things you can walk to, and plenty of parking to choose from. There is a lot in the back as well as street parking in the front. The place was up to date and modern. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots and pans, dishes to utilize which is helpful.

We really enjoyed Demi's place! It was really nice and she had a bunch of nice touches and extras like Q-tips, makeup cleaning pads, coffee, chocolates, etc. The newly updated bathroom was lovely. Demi was very easy to communicate with, always polite and very responsive. We had a little snag getting into the unit (likely self-inflicted) and she was quick to help out. It was a great space, very clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. It was a short walk to all of the amenities that Soulard has to offer. We would be happy to stay there again.

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

We had a great stay definitely would stay again needs a few updates but generally clean and easy check in and was not against us coming in early. Was very responsive and good communication definitely a 5 Star host will definitely suggest to friends going to St. Louis.

Lisa was great! I needed a calm, peaceful and clean place for 2 weeks to recover from a surgery and her house was perfect. She was flexible with my arrival and departing time as I got updates from my surgeon and always worked it out with me, even last minute. There's a nice little park and neighborhood around and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our needs! Clean and just as described! The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to lots of the St. Louis sites!

We had a great stay--the house worked perfectly for our family of 5! Neighborhood was very quiet and close to WashU, the Loop, Forest Park. Appreciated having off-street parking. The house was easy to find/access and had everything we needed.

The air b&b was my home away from home for 11 weeks, it felt like home instantly. Matt and his wife are very friendly and responsive. I loved the home, the space and the walks to the best downtown ST. Charles shops and restaurants. I was here for a law enforcement training and all agencies around stated this was the best and safest area to be staying, I couldn’t agree more. I would recommend this home over and over again. Thank you for making my stay a great experience especially from being away from home for so long!

We stayed at Kathy’s place for 3 nights. The location is perfect, a quiet street just one block from Main St in Old Town St Charles. The dogwoods were in bloom up and down 2nd St. Stunning! The outdoor spaces were thoughtfully set up. We were in the apartment on the main floor. There is another on the ground level. As described, all the spaces are separate (even parking) and private. We occasionally could hear voices from below, but weren't really bothered. There is a 10P-8A quiet time. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was as advertised and worked well for our family. A couple things to note- we were told that check-in time was at 4pm, we arrived at 5:45pm and there was a man in the driveway who was just sort of milling around, he said he had been cleaning the gutters and knew the host by name. I thought it was odd that he would be there when the host knew we were supposed to check in at 4pm, it almost felt as if he was waiting for us to get there. Additionally, later that evening we found out that there was a window in the basement that had been left open. That made me very uneasy since I was traveling with my children. The house was mostly well cleaned but it looked as if the stove had been used and not wiped down. The stair handles were dingy. I wish the host would have left any sort of all purpose cleaner, but I usually try to travel with clorox wipes. Overall it was fine and worked well for us to travel back and forth to the city from.

Great spot in a peaceful neighborhood. People were out walking with dogs and strollers, so never felt unsafe.

Planning a trip to St. Louis? Stay here—you won’t regret it. This stylish home is in a lovely, upscale neighborhood just blocks from Washington University Medical Center and a short walk to Forest Park. It’s also right around the corner from the stunning St. Louis Cathedral. (We’re not religious, but the architecture is truly amazing.) We stayed for five days and quickly wished we had booked five more. Jennifer’s place is beautifully decorated, upscale, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which felt like it had weighted blankets. Our sleep was incredibly restful.

Wonderful place close to Washington University. Great walkable neighborhood full of restaurants and entertainment. Janet's place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn't prepare any meals but the kitchen was well supplied if we had wanted to. We had some difficulty opening the lockbox when we arrived but Janet responded immediately and got it sorted out. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at Libby's place. Had an issue with the neighbors staying in the space above ours, but that was handled quickly. Great location very close to Forest Park. Easy drive to downtown St. Louis. We took the MetroLink and felt very safe and comfortable. We actually preferred not driving, so that was a very enjoyable day. What we loved about this place was the quiet neighborhood: no obnoxious road noise, especially at night. If you enjoy a place with some old charm then consider staying here.

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.

Lovely townhouse in the middle of everything St. Louis has to offer. Tony the host was super helpful and kind. The townhouse looked just like its pictures and perhaps even better in person. The kitchen is huge and had all that we needed and then some. Everything was so fresh and clean. Every detail is covered. There was even a few snack items and chocolates to welcome us. Nice touch! So comfy! Great neighborhood! Big winner!

We were in the area touring colleges and it was nice to have room to be together as opposed to separate hotel rooms. The place was clean and quiet and felt like we were in a residential neighborhood but still close to cafes and St Louis attractions. Would recommend
