Simone was a truly fantastic host. He was always so friendly, eager to help, and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was okay, but never to the point it felt like it was encroaching on our privacy. Both check in and check out were super easy. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. I’d go as far to say it’s the best airbnb I have stayed in. The photos don’t show just how many areas there are on different levels which is great if you like to have a bit of privacy or different views every now and then. We loved watching the sunset over Tuscany each night. If you find steep hills a bit of a challenge, you may have difficulty walking to/from town, but this is no problem if you’ve hired a car. What a fabulous setting and location. Perfect to explore the Chianti region and beyond. It’s roomy, everything you need is there, beautiful pool and a view to cherish. Dining on the terrace is a wonderful experience and with a vinyard with lovely wines available right next door what more do you need from a Tuscan holiday. All hosted perfectly by Fabio and Andrea. Very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Ginacarlo and Gabriella are extremely friendly hosts who have a lot of helpful recommendations and are always very responsive. Moreover, they not only brought us homemade pizza, sweet treats, fruits and wine, they also brought toys for our 1.5year old daughter! The home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The views from the patio of the surroundings are amazing!! The entire area is also very peaceful and relaxing and close to many interesting locations (Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano etc). We highly recommend this place and would come back again!

Sandrine’s Airbnb was by far the best accommodation we’ve ever experienced—a peaceful paradise nestled in the hills of Tuscany. What made it truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible generosity of our hosts. Sandrine welcomed us with a warm smile and thoughtfully provided delicious food and drink throughout our stay. She also shared wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to see. It was a true blessing to meet such kindhearted and gracious people. 🙏

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

Gigi’s place is one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in in Italy. The location is gorgeous and perfectly located between different towns to explore (Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano to name a few). A car is necessary but you can get to the town center for groceries and local produce in 10 minutes. We enjoyed spending our days by the pool, cooking and barbecuing in the garden. The kitchen was the most equipped I’ve ever seen for an Airbnb and the house was spotless. Extra supplies were left for us as well if we needed which was a nice touch. Gigi was always available for recommendations and extremely friendly. If you’re looking for calm and quiet this is your place!!

An absolutely stunning Villa in beautiful Tuscany that is just perfect! Luc and Sara are wonderful hosts. Extremely friendly, full of local knowledge and recommendations and always available to answer questions. Luc even acted as our Taxi service in not only recommending a fabulous vineyard to visit for a private tour, but taking us there and picking us up too so we could fully enjoy all the magnificent wines on offer! Sara's Tiramisu is legendary and the good news is the kitchen in the villa is so well appointed you have everything you need to try making it yourself too! Before visiting we wondered if the Villa could possibly match up to the pictures and the reviews - it 100% does in every way and is without doubt the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Thanks Luc, Sara, Lucky and all the cats for making our stay so special - we will be back!

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! We had a wonderful stay! The property sits on a stunningly large lot surrounded by trees, which gave it a peaceful and private feel. The pool was a highlight — spacious, clean, and with beautiful views that made every swim feel special. Inside, the decor was tasteful and thoughtfully done, blending comfort with style. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature without compromising on style!

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is unbeatable. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked, there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

There are very few times when a stay not only lives up to expectations, but exceeds them. Our stay at the Lazy Oak did just that. There are no adjectives to truly describe the beauty of the villa and the surrounding countryside. Sitting at the infinity pool, looking out over the olive groves before a dinner prepared in house by a Tuscan chef as the sun sets will go down as one of the greatest days of our lives. We visited the nearby town twice for gelato but the truth is we did not want to leave the property! If you are looking for a peaceful quintessential Tuscan vacation in the countryside, look no further than the Lazy Oak. Mario is on property to tend to any needs but keeps to himself unless called upon. We actually loved his company and called him over to talk on multiple occasions…with the help of Google translation of course. Thank you Mario and Alesandro for an unforgettable stay. We hope to see you again in the future.

Great place to stay. Excellent communication, went above and being to ensure our stay was exceptional. Deborah even bought a pasta machine for us to use for our evening meal - which was really appreciated. It was a great week.

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

I am in absolutely awe of this place! The minute I arrived I felt at peace, exactly what I was looking for after weeks of busy cities. I had the absolute pleasure of being the only guest at the time and I felt completely at home - safe, secure and tranquil. The stone house is the most charming place, beautiful furniture, a well stocked kitchen and a smart bathroom. The pool is unreal! It’s huge and deep, the perfect relaxation spot. The views are just perfection, being slowly woken up by the birds and the sunrise is something I’ll never forget. Remus and his wife are such lovely people, delivering cherries, eggs and allowing me to stay into the afternoon on check-out day. Strolling through the olive trees at sunset is like something out of a book, in fact this whole place is out of a fairytale. I honestly feel honoured to have stayed here, I will absolutely be back with friends and family. Bonus - I was working out there and the wifi is great.

Cannot say enough about the gracious, responsive hosts. The location has a beautiful view, amazing places to sit and converse, super sleeping arrangements for a large group like ours, just a wonderful place to spend two weeks.

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

We - a family of seven adults - had a really great stay at Bernardino's house. The house itself was very cosy and charming and contained everything we needed. The pool and the pool area, to which only we had access, was a fantastic extra asset which we enjoyed a lot. The nearby surroundings were also very nice with vineyards and woods. We even spotted three seldom orchids and heard the pirol bird which is very exotic to us. At the same time, it was possible to walk to the nearby town of Gaiole in Chianti where many nice restaurants and cafes can be found.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Arianna! The pool, BBQ and beautiful surrounds made for the perfect family holiday. The house was well appointed with plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Fabio was a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive!
