Had a great weekend at Stephanie's! Can't beat the location and the house is beautiful!

This was our second stay at this location on our annual road trip to the West. It is a perfect spot to rest our weary heads from long travel days. I love the backyard and deck. The house is cozy, comfortable, and clean. It has all the necessary amenities and is easy to get into town for some yummy coffee and breakfast at Full Strength coffee shop. Overall lovely experience.

We had such a great time and already cannot wait to come back. The house was extremely clean, had everything you need, and offers the most beautiful and private view of the lake. It has the perfect view of the sunset! Jeff and Anne were extremely responsive if we needed to reach out and made the place feel right at home. There are a ton of areas within the house and around the property to relax and see the lake. Also a quick drive to restaurants and grocery stories and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, perfect for walks. Would definitely recommend!

Claire was very friendly and helpful with advice such as where to see Memorial Day parade. She helped me carry things to car when I was leaving.

We had such a great time! It was very private location but it was close to Jamestown and Chataqua Lake so we were able to find some fun things to do . It was a little cold and rainy for the last weekend in May but was perfect to have fires in the evening. We enjoyed our daily visits from Frank the cat and also Ernie stopped by a few times too. The loaf of bread was a very nice welcome gift. Lots of space for our group of 4 😀 We would definitely come again. Even offered us to take our time on check out day. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Aimee’s home was a spaciousness gathering place for 4 friends to spend the weekend together. Because it rained alot one day, we just relaxed at the house. The space was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Amazing place to stay, especially for the price. We had to last minute book this flat because a different air bnb didn’t work out, but this place fixed everything for us. We just stayed for one night and watched a movie; we went outside to watch the sunset and a cat walked up to us and joined us. Very clear instructions and notes left around the house, would 100% stay again.

Perfect for our spring weekend getaway with our dog! Close to downtown Ellicottville and Allegany State Park.

Had a lovely stay. Walkable to town. Clean , cozy! Perfect for the night or weekend. Enjoyed the wineries while there.

Laurie’s place was absolutely lovely. The home is filled with interesting collections including artwork, fossils, books, etc. The home was very clean (not a speck of dust in sight), lots of towels, and my favorite - good cotton sheets! We spent the afternoon relaxing on the big front porch in rocking chairs, which transitioned to relaxing happy hour. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location, in close proximity to shopping and the lake. Jessica was an incredibly kind and responsive host who made our stay stress-free. The apartment was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed breakfast from The Bean every morning and hope to come back soon for some lake time. Thanks for a great stay!

Laura was very friendly and accommodating! We were only in town one night, where we arrived late in the evening and were up and about early in the morning. She was very flexible and met us at the door with a smile and warm welcome! The space was very cozy with lots of natural light. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean with personal touches that made us feel at home- some snacks, bottled water, and extra toothpaste- all of which we truly appreciated! The bed was large and comfortable, with an adjustable air conditioner in the window. The location was easy to find! It was perfect for a quick night in Erie!

Leanne was very friendly and helpful! She provided eggs, bread, coffee and coffee creamer which made our trip easier! If we had needed supplies, there was a Dollar General close to the rental. The location was beautiful! Thank you!

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.
