Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Five minutes from Chautauqua Lake and the snowmobile trails run off our backyard. Spacious home with large family room kitchen combo with eat at bar. 2+ acres so bring your lawn games! Grill and picnic table on back deck then enjoy s'more at the fire ring. Lots of wildlife to observe and beautiful sunsets! Plenty of parking for boats and snowmobiles.

Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.
