Best view of Chautauqua lake ever to exist and I lived on the lake for decades. Beautifully appointed apartment with all the amenities. Loved the fancy Keurig Machine - very nice.

We had a wonderful time. Jean was always incredibly quick to respond to the few questions I had and very courteous. The view was great and the location was absolutely perfect to watch the sun rise in the morning. Thanks for the good memories!

Great place and even while staying in winter, I can see this place being great for the summer months as well. Super peaceful and private. Jane communicated great and very responsive. We weren’t expecting to have the driveway clearing from all the snow that fell, but they did and it was so nice.

Had an amazing time! Our host was very gracious & we had a wonderful time snowmobiling. Easy access to fuel up & hit the trails right from the cabins! Cabin was tidy w/ all the essentials. Will 100% return for more fun! Thanks!

We had four in our party from our church to go steelhead fishing. Although almost all of the streams were frozen over we still had a great time. It was perfectly located and easy to get to restaurants both in North East and Ripley. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and would love to come back and stay once the ice thaws. We were also impressed--it snowed overnight and they came and cleaned the driveway and entry into the cabin by morning. Great Host!! Thanks for a great place to stay!!

Loved having a girls trip to this cabin. Everything you could possibly think of that you would need at an AirBnb was already there, and it was so evident that this was intentionally thought through and designed. The space was great, so cozy, and was perfect for what we needed. We loved the quick walk to the lake, the surrounding area, and the perk of having two bathrooms. Great stay overall, and simple checkout process!

Our Easter vacation was very memorable celebrating at Kim's lovely home! The home has everything you would need to cook meals. Everything is labeled and organized and so clean. The beds were comfy and we absolutely loved the master suite! What a surprise of a sitting area with tv amd couch in the master bedroom. All the decorating is top notch. Beautiful decor! Our kiddos loved hanging on the dock, fishing, kayaking and using the pedal boat. Our family of 7 will definitely be back! Thank you Kim for sharing your beautiful home with us and making memories with our family.

This was our second time staying at Claire's House in Bemus Point, NY. There are eight in our party with a dog. All the instructions and communications were clear and helpful. The layout of the house is great for our group. We can spread out in different rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms and baths are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We are hoping to schedule soon for Thanksgiving 2025, Two families are from the Berkshires in Western MA and one from Indianapolis. Claire' s home is conveniently in the middle. Bemus Point is very walkable. Bustling in the summer and quiet in winter. There are several places to eat even in winter. No driving necessary.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was impeccably clean, lots of fun stuff to keep the kids entertained, and plenty of space for our family. We hope to come back again!

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Hospitable merely begins to describe the stay my friends and I had at John’s property. The place offered everything you could need and then some. Communication was superb, instructions were clear and John was kind. The location of the house was phenomenal. Sunrises were gorgeous and the hot tub was great. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The house was clean and well appointed. Chad was easy to contact and friendly. The location could not be beat. We literally put our skis on and stepped on to the slopes. It was amazing

We enjoyed our weekend stay and would stay again. Jeff was a great, responsive host. The home was as described, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We appreciated the quiet surroundings. We had no trouble with access, but 4WD will be necessary for access in inclement weather,

My family - grandkids, adults and my husband and I - appreciated having a place to gather and spend quality time. This condo accommodated all of us, six adults and two kids. We had everything we needed for a weekend of skiing, game playing, and hanging out. The condo is close to the slopes. We ate at the condo every meal and found the condo stocked with plenty of dishware and all the appliances we needed. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Parking was plentiful. Justin answered several questions we had in advance. We would stay here again.

Spacious and gorgeous place for large party.

Met some family for a short visit and the house had plenty of room. Kids loved playing foosball and the board games that were provided. Host was always quick to reply, friendly and helpful, and also gave us some local recommendations for during our stay.

Great visit to see our daughter and grandchildren who live a block and a half away! We loved being able to watch the water, and also the decorative touches of the house! We hope to be back again soon!

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!
