We had an amazing time at Wendy's place! The whole property is very beautiful, and the cabins and main house are perfectly decorated for a relaxing and luxurious feel. All the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Everything was spotless, and you can tell Wendy takes great care of her property. The hot tub is large, clean and easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We instantly felt relaxed and at home in the space. The location is perfect, easy to find, and you feel secluded but are very close to towns and wineries. Lastly, Wendy is so very wonderful, and helped to make my mom's 60th birthday extra special! We will definitley be back!

As in other reviews be prepared for sulfur water. The sulfur smell is horid. However, i believe the owner has done everything he can to try to elevate it. Filters work well but they need constant flow or they can be bad instead of good. I developed rash from it. I read reviews and knew about it well in advance. The place is very comfortable and quiet location. If you listen carefully you can hear the click clock of amish on the roads. The electric heaters heat the property astonishingly well. This week we had nearly 30 inches of snow. We were sick of the snow for sure. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Restaurants as well. Beds feel hard at first but slept like baby. No stains on sheets etc as others pointed out. Over all enjoyed our stay. IF YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO SULFUR NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. UNTIL A PERMANENT SOLUTION IS FOUND FOR THE ISSUE. We will probably rebook in 25.

My family and I loved our stay here! We had an extended weekend and used the Rustic Retreat as a base camp to explore the area and just relax. Highlight of the stay was the hot tub and stargazing!

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

Awesome stay at the good vibes cabin. We had a great time it’s affordable and only an hour and a half from Niagara Falls. Super clean beautiful scenery. Highly recommend off the hook seafood in dunkirk NY only 20 minutes away. The first night Angela introduced herself to us and showed us where everything was and was very welcoming and accommodating definitely stay here if you want to camp and have a peaceful stay. Will be staying again.

We enjoyed staying at David’s place very much. The house was dated but clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The pellet fireplace was a nice touch to make the room warm and cozy. Location was great as it was only 9 minutes drive to Ellicottville and 11 minutes to Holiday Valley. David was quick to respond to any problems. Would definitely recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with out fur babies. It was a tranquil retreat with a stunning panoramic lake view. The host was extra thoughtful and had a welcoming coffee/tea/hot chocolate station, smore kit at the indoor fireplace, many family focused games to play and a few essentials like a first aid kit and flashlights. The beds were sooo comfy and there were extensive bathroom linens. You'll find the sweet geese family adorable and a joy to observe. Plus, the fire place was a grand pleasure to gather around during the damp spring weather. To summarize, we greatly enjoyed our little vacation from reality at this location.

This was a last minute booking when our winter cabin reservation had to cancel. It turned out great! Beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked log home that had everything we needed and more! Pond was skateable at edge and the hill next to the house was perfect for sledding. Our grandkids had a ball! Dianna quickly responded to all our inquiries and they even made it possible to get a campfire started . Thank you!

Soooo comfortable and peaceful. If you are looking for a retreat - this lovely, comfortable cabin is not to be beat. We enjoyed sleeping in, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and exploring Allegheny National forest.

It worked out perfectly for our weekend home to Pennsylvania. Met all of our needs.

The cabin was better than expected! Many modern updates, beds were comfy, plenty of space and the basement area was a nice addition to spread out. The ping pong table was great for a little competitive activity. We had some good snow when we went and the backyard was a spectacular view.

The house was clean and as described. We had some rain so the covered outdoor seating area was very much appreciated. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. We spent most of our time sitting outside visiting but it looked like there were lots of games, books, and movies in the living room. We were easily able to get rides into town from local drivers for nights out.

What a beautiful place in an inconspicuous place. Little oasis. What a gem. Went to sing and did.

Had such a nice relaxing holiday weekend in Kill Buck! The place was cozy, comfortable and felt like home away from home. Home was spacious, kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could think of! Wish the weather would have been a little nicer, but an indoor fire and board games was all the exciting too! What a fantastic stay! The views are incredible with more than enough space for the kids to run around the property. Robin was very responsive in answering any questions we had and heading into town is a beautiful drive.

This was an absolutely beautiful mountain lodge home just about a 10 minute drive from the “main” town of Ellicotville. Elizabeth was very kind and clear with all of the instructions for check in/about the property in general. Our favorite part was how spacious this property was and the beautiful tall ceilings/high windows that made it a perfect “winder wonderland” cozy escape. We came for Holiday Valley, so this was an easy drive to there and the main restaurants, shops and entertainment. P.S. A 4 wheel drive, reliable car is a MUST for the winter. We got quite a bit of snow and it is very important for your safety, as this property is located on a hill. Wonderful place— highly recommend for family, friends, and anybody visiting the area!

My stay was peaceful and was in a great location. The Host was very good at giving me information and very quick at responding. Overall everything went well
