Beautiful and peaceful stay. place was clean and had almost everything that we needed. Would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful stay at Evan's house. The location is great - secluded but not isolated, and not too far from shopping (Wegmans – 15 minutes) and colleges (Ithaca College – 18 minutes). The house was very spacious and tastefully done. For people that like to cook, there is oil, salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard in the kitchen so there's no need to buy or bring them. There were many thoughtful touches, including flashlights by the outside doors, labels by the lights and temperature controls, phone chargers by the beds, and an outside poop bag garbage bin. Our dog really liked running around the property. Evan was super responsive and always got back to me right away.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Amy and Ryan’s home was such a joy! Very well appointed with almost everything you could think of needing, such a cute aesthetic and in a great location. Amy went above and beyond and gave tons of local recommendations that were open during our stay. Highly recommend!

The Little Minka was everything that Daniel said it would be. A beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy home with an amazing minimalist aesthetic. My friends and I stayed in Stormville for a girls trip. The house is even better than the photos. The property and landscaping are stunning, we loved just staring out at the view with a cup of tea. The kitchen was impressively stocked with lovely teas and all the cooking gear we needed. Check in and communication were effortless. The location while a bit far from groceries (15m drive) was no more than 15-30m from lots of activities, small towns and hiking trails. We also loved how accessible it was from Metro North as we were coming from the city for just a short trip. It was very easy to get to and we all couldn't stop talking about how we hoped to return. Highly recommend!

My partner and I booked this stay for our one year wedding anniversary. The site had lots of other cute airbnbs but still felt private and peaceful. The goats and chickens were so adorable! The highlight for us was the outdoor tub, it was very clean and a fun experience. We would definitely rebook with this host and were even talking about next time trying one of his other airbnbs on the property! Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

We loved this place. It totally exceeded all expectations! We came on a rainy weekend so we didn't explore much outdoors, but the cabin is so cozy and the amenities are awesome, so we still felt like we had plenty to do. The hot tub and sauna both comfortably fit our entire group (6 people). Additionally, the sauna is in a beautiful spot, tucked into the woods next to the creek. We weren't sure what to expect from the location since the cabin was closer to the city and suburbs than some other options, but we found it to feel very secluded, rural, and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed staying at Alan's place. It was the perfect getaway for me, everything at the cabin was very well thought out. Comfortable bed, plenty of firewood, all you really need! Plus - How many Airbnbs have you stayed at that includes AllClad pans and sharp knives? Enough said... One thing to note, there are two other locations on the property for guests - wasn't an issue at all for me, and might even be a bonus for others. Not within sightlines or anything. Alan also has a slick web app you can interface with to get information about your stay, and even get a little breakfast. You could tell significant time was spent organizing and building a good space for guests! I'd definitely stay again!

My wife, dog and I stayed four nights over Memorial Day. The home/cabin, was private, secluded, well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had four days of rain and cool weather, but we never felt confined, bored, etc. The outdoor grill, inside wood burning stove, privacy, tv streaming options, large table for games, etc. made the trip very enjoyable, relaxing and fun. Also, it goes without saying, our AUD cattle dog, seemed to enjoy himself and there were many places on the property for him to explore. Finally, it was very quiet during the day and evening; whereby, there were no distractions or obstacles to relaxation or sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is comfortable and decorated thoughtfully. It was a pleasure to enjoy the views of the river and to take in the natural setting.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem Over the Water! This over-the-water bungalow in Otego, New York, is by far one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced. The peaceful and quiet setting made it the perfect escape, and being able to fish right off the deck was a huge bonus. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the place had all the creature comforts of home—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Michael and Courtney were amazing hosts—warm, welcoming, and responsive. You can truly tell they put their heart into making this place special. We’re already planning our next visit!

This was our fourth time at the cabin and we just love it there. It has its own magical feel and charm. Clara is great and we always look forward to catching up with her. Even though the weather was lousy, we still had a great time making fires, listening to the rain and enjoying the quiet time with our pup. We will definitely be coming back for a fifth time!
