Emily was an incredible host!! We arrived slightly earlier than planned and she immediately came down to the tiny home to make sure everything was ready, even leaving some amazing bread and homemade jam as a welcome gift Although we didn’t have great weather, property was wonderful to walk around and proximity to ellicottville and sculpture park was great. Emily’s picnic was to die for!! Had it waiting for us when we got back from town. When we wanted to make a fire after dinner, she brought down a ton of firewood for us as soon as I messaged her. 10/10 would come again!! Perfect staycation for the Buffalo area

Always love our stays here!! Beautiful place. It's like staying in a family's cabins and campspot. BATHTUB!!! And the pizza and kitchen are amazing. LOVE this place!

My fiancé and I stayed at Lambs hill to celebrate our anniversary. We had the most wonderful time. The views are breathtaking. The wrap around deck with jacuzzi and hammock made our stay calming and serene. I loved seeing the horses and donkeys throughout the day. They made the experience even more special and unique. Charlotte was super responsive and accommodating. We took cabs to Main Street at night for dinner and drinks and it was so close and convenient. I left my heart in lambs hill and can’t wait to return one day.

We’ve stayed here a few times and love it every time. The property is gorgeous and just a few miles south of town. Best of both worlds. Christopher and Tom are both lovely and happy to help if we’ve ever needed anything.

Hidden gem. Really appreciated the countryside accommodation. The hot tub was nice and hot and we enjoyed a fire right after. The stores were in a close enough proximity if needed. My fiancé was skeptical as it’s right next to another property but we had are own space and we were not disturbed. Also we enjoyed the fresh eggs and being able to bring our fur babies.

We had a great time at the yurt. Would definitely stay again. The view is gorgeous and the yurt is so cozy.

Staying at Will and Aenne's barn house was fun and wholesome. I enjoyed saying hello to the animals and the jungle shower most of all. The barn has everything one needs. Though, I must say I was very intimidated by having to light the chef's stove. We walked from the barn to the waterfall down town which was beautiful--great place to hang out and swim in the warmer months. The village of Kinderhook is adorable with quaint little shops. Hudson city had some of the best food I've had in a long time; I strongly recommend eating at Cafe Mutton. Overall, Will and Aenne were very hands-off hosts--as in, they gave us our space and privacy--while still being responsive and attentive. Thank you for the stay! I hope to come back again!

We loved our weekend at Brookside Barn! We were thrilled to find this pet-friendly availability for a last-minute getaway. Clean and cozy, peaceful inside and out, walking distance to the village, bookshelf and board games for rainy days (which we had), easy check-in/check-out process and clear instructions!

We had such a great stay at the Barn-MCM Cottage! The place was clean, cozy, and had a really warm feel with the bright wood floors and plenty of seating both on the patio and around the fireplace. The view from the patio was beautiful—so peaceful and relaxing. Nadine and Raj were super caring and responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. One heads-up: if you’re planning to grill halal food, bring your own meat—there aren’t any halal stores nearby. Overall, it was a quiet, scenic spot that felt like a true getaway. We’d definitely come back!

Clover Brooke Farm is a working farm with various animals you can admire from a public deck. Llamas, sheep, chickens & roosters. There may have been others but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to explore. The farm offers tours and various programs and classes like hiking with the llamas and soap making. A small store provides various items and/or souvenirs. My two day stay was filled with nearby family activities and a wedding so I was unable to attend the Llama activities or classes offered. The apt was clean, fully furnished and quite comfortable with excellent parking available. This is definitely a location I will enjoy again in the future when time permits me to take advantage of all the property has to offer.

Great experience! 2 wineries within 1 mile. Close to great hiking. William, was very accommodating with check in & check out time. Would highly recommend staying here. Very cute , clean and comfortable with get amenities.

And you obviously enjoy being hosts, the extras - fresh eggs, snacks, bottled water, and doing all of the cleaning prep (?!)make that obvious! We'd want to stay here if we're in the area again. A Hidden Gem for the Perfect Long Weekend! This place is absolutely stunning—so peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. One of my favorite things was how secluded it felt. It truly gave us that “escape from the world” vibe. We had the best time paddle boarding on the pond, soaking up the sun, and even getting in some friendly pickleball matches. The space is beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. Perfect for families. One tip: don’t forget the bug spray! We didn’t pack any and ended up being a feast for the mosquitos. But honestly, even that couldn’t take away from how magical this spot is. Can’t wait to come back!

The cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The home is so lovely - cute and stylish decor, well-maintained, and recently remodeled. Has everything you need and more. We did all of Nico’s activity recommendations - Tusten Mountain Trail, Skinners Falls, and Basha Kill NWR on our way there. Our dog had a blast, especially on the rocks at Skinners Falls. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Cleanliness is my top priority, and your property was pristine. Not only was all in excellent condition and fully functional, but also thoughtfully designed—the aesthetics truly enhanced our experience. From the carefully placed vase that highlighted the color of the floor and played off the artwork which was a feast for the eyes and mind—every detail felt intentional. I particularly appreciated the window treatments that obscured a compromised view and enhanced privacy. The space was free of clutter yet full of character. The owners were always accessible, accommodating, and kind. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the house, felt right at home very quickly. The kitchen was a dream for cooking. The house stayed cool despite the hot temperatures outside. The gardens are spectacular. Love love love!

This is our fifth year coming to the farm. Larissa is absolutely masterful with kids of all ages (even tough kids). My daughter races out at 9 am to do farm chores and begs for more (and this is a kid who drags her feet doing chores at home)!! We love the rhythm of farm and find it really easy to disconnect and unwind. After chores in the morning, you're welcome to spend as much time as you want with the animals, which is a real treat. Whether it's feeding the horses hay, sharing food scraps with the goats, or watching the chickens do their evening routine, there's so much to enjoy. The local towns are lovely, but if you like the farm experience, you may never leave the property. Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in sharing her experience and expertise. She has created an absolutely magical environment, and I would highly recommend visiting!!

Audrey’s Porcupine Farm Barn was the perfect place for us and our pup to get some respite from our day to day grind. With scenic vistas outside our window the space was an ideal blend of rustic and comfortable, and Audrey was around to answer any questions and assist us whenever we needed. We would absolutely stay again - and hopefully will soon!

This Bnb was fantastic! First off, Kristie did a great job of explaining everything we needed to know about the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful the entire process. She was even nice enough to let us check in a little early which was appreciated. The space itself was spotless and had all of the amenities you’d want in a bnb. After a long day of snowboarding, it was the perfect place to rest our bones by the fire and relax. The location itself was prime and setback enough to provide some nice privacy. Highly recommend to anyone saying in Eville. We’ll be back!

Wow, what a place. We were looking for a place to just a cousins girls weekend, in the woods/mountains some where. We wanted a big open space to gather, sleeping for 10 and privacy, we knew we would probably be loud (we laugh a lot and aren’t quiet by nature), this place hit the mark!! We brought all our food and drinks, the home had everything else we needed. This was probably the best weekend we’ve had in a long time. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the deck, enjoying the peace and sounds of nature!

Peaceful and charming stay in Rhinebeck. The farmhouse was cozy, and the kids loved watching the goats and turkeys roam. A perfect little reset while antiquing.

Perfect location for everything to do around Saratoga Springs, and very peaceful....we would stay forever if we could!
