Cozy and charming lower level. Beautiful view of the lake - including swans - with a path down the hill to the dock! Easy to get to the highway to go wherever we wanted to. Great recommendations for places to go and to eat.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the little yellow house! The accommodations were even better than what we expected, the host was incredibly responsive, the information provided was very detailed, and the entire process was easy to follow for check-in and check out. When we arrived, the air-conditioning was not working, however, the host was on top of things before we were even aware that it wasn’t working. They kept an eye on the room temperature virtually after it was repaired to make sure that it was working properly. Very attentive, and we felt very taken care of. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

Was a great location for what we were looking for. Loved walking to the local coffee shop in the morning and walking to the park up the road.

Fantastic home in a beautiful location! We easily fit my husband, myself and 6 children in all 4 bedrooms, with plenty of room to spare in the home. Their movie room kept the kids occupied and the hosts were easy to contact and were very responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful and spacious home. The location was perfect being close to downtown Minneapolis. The neighborhood is beautiful and the home is privately set with space between the neighbors. The view is amazing from all windows in the house. There are so many spaces in the home to spread out. The home was clean and well supplied and the owners communicated well. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and peaceful in an area that was very conducive to relaxing. Nice screened in porch, well kept up landscaping and seasonal flowers. Easy access to find and located near amenities for shopping. Neighborhood is quiet and provided for a nice place to walk. The master bedroom was very comfortable and his and her bathrooms was a nice touch. The laundry room was big. Plenty of seating options throughout the house to lounge and read. Highly recommend this location.

We were in town to celebrate our 92 yr old mother's birthday week and having a lovely place to stay made our visit perfect. The property is clean, well stocked, internet was good for husband working and furniture was comfy. My only (and it's only a personal preference...) is that the light bulbs were too office-ish. A bit glarey. Other than that, this is a wonderful, close-in, great place to stay. Thank you

David's place was great!! Its a skip from the VA Hospital, you can even walk!! its very quiet & a nice neighborhood to take walks & enjoy the area!! Mr. David was a great host also!! he doesn't bother you unless you need him! & he will respond VERY quickly!! would definitely stay again!!

Thomas was an excellent host, had great communication and the place was very well kept. There’s a park right down the road in walking distance as well!

Enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s place. She was very helpful and it was a cozy home! Lovely town and definitely need to try the smash burgers at Washington Square!

Four friends and I had a wonderful stay in this home during our college reunion weekend. It is spacious, well laid out, nicely decorated and in a charming neighborhood. There were great spots for us to hang out together. The beds were very comfortable. Debbie was flexible with our check in and out times which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

Andy was everything you could ask for in a host. He was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. His place is lovely and very clean! The bed and linens in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable! The back yard had many unique features that, unfortunately, I ran out of time to take advantage of - next time for sure! Andy provides many thoughtful touches including a guidebook to the unit and surrounding area. So many interesting restaurants and things to do within walking distance and close to major highways when a car is needed. I highly recommend a stay here!

We loved staying here! Alison was a great host with easy to follow instructions for getting there, snacks upon arrival, and plenty of recommendations of places we should check out. I loved the cozy feel of the apartment with the book collection and the patio, and it was easy walking to the bakery and ice cream place on the corner! Both very delicious!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Karen’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The park right in front of the house made evening walks especially enjoyable. I’d recommend it to other guests!

I loved the spaciousness of the unit in this beautiful Victorian house. It is in the beautiful Irvine Park district. It is close to the lively West 7th district and to the shops and pubs along the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! This was a very comfortable apartment for two of us and it’s spacious enough to be comfortable for more guests too. I especially appreciated the full working kitchen, high efficiency laundry facilities, and great temperature controls, lots of very soft throw blankets, and ample WiFi. We both worked from the apartment and sometimes both had Zoom meetings at once, and there was never an issue. We hope to be back! This place is a keeper.

I’m a local but needed a place to stay while my apartment addressed a maintenance issue. Pam’s place was the perfect stay! Located in such a cute neighborhood, I loved waking up and walking to the lake & then being super close to restaurants and coffee shops! Pam was super responsive and very easy to communicate with. Also the bed was super comfortable and I slept so well! Definitely would stay again if I needed somewhere in the twin cities.
