we had a great time. the apartment is big , new , and and very comfortable. and had all we needed.

I love this place . A lot of food stalls and minimarts Bed is great, air conditioning is perfect Water heat is work really amazing ( I love that toilet in middle of the room super quiet when use flushing) But there a lot of Little lizard and in morning there have a lot of noise at front of the house ( motorbike come to park, you can hear people talking due next to the place is dental clinic ) Tv (use for browsing) kinda slow but I didn’t use that much I hope to come back to this place anytime soon in future Thanks for such lovely time I had there Thanks for hosting response super quick ❤️🥰

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

I really enjoyed my stay, nice clean and spacious apartment, that’s updated beautiful hard wood floors. Perfect location right next to a Maya shopping mall and other shopping areas and plenty of restaurants! I recommend staying here.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

This is the third time I have stayed in one of Tik's properties, and it was perfect for me. It was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed. The location was in the heart of the Nimman district so there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Tik is a truly wonderful host. Her and her brother made me feel most welcome. I will definitely be coming back.

It really felt like home! We stayed 2 weeks and were sad to leave. It’s the perfect location to get lost in the old city. Thanks for having us :)

The place was just what we needed to end our trip in Chiang Mai. It was clean and looked like the pictures and was within a reasonable walking distance to places we wanted to go too.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The Host responded quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for temporary reasons.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a mosquito net, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I get the chance. Everything was perfect! A gorgeous view of the mountains which the sun set behind in the evening, and very secluded area meaning very peaceful and quiet. The location is absolutely adorable with coffee shops, markets, and shops. Lin is super friendly and communicative and she had great recommendations for chiang mai and instructions on check in and how to use the facilities in the apartment. I also cant believe the kindness that we got when we opened the refrigerator to a number of free waters, fizzy drinks, coffee pods for a coffee machine, tea, and snacks! We really wanted to stay longer but someone booked the room so we moved to another of Lin’s and are currently there now. Will review there at the end of our stay ☺️ overall great place to stay, highly recommend, we felt at home 🥰

Great condo, booking again next year

The house is soooo beautiful and comfortable feel like home, I really like the dark green sofa, we had a great time watching Netflix on it, the landlord is super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will come back again!
