Vacation rentals with lake access in Chang Phueak

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food. At night, each family occupies a room and rest.The host began the moment I booked successfully, and rigorously confirmed every detail, and responded promptly and patiently with all kinds of questions from us.There is a local Thai nanny here, although there are some language barriers, but it is simple and cute. I was touched by the bicycle and bought us breakfast ingredients. Haha, I was touched.The organic restaurant outside the neighborhood is a surprise. The amount is amazing. The meals and drinks are delicious. The price is not expensive. At the same time, you can enjoy good ingredients and flavors. It's really beautiful ~ It's worth going again.The Thai driver in charge of the drop-off of the airport will repeatedly confirm the itinerary every time, and will wait at the entrance of the villa nearly half an hour in advance, which is not trustworthy.The neighborhood is a little far from the ancient city. If you want to go out to a place where you want to go out during the day, you need to arrange a car in advance, just pay attention to it.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Everything was great! The apartment fully matches the description — it has everything you need for a comfortable stay (TV, air conditioner, kitchen, etc.). There’s a minimart, shopping mall, bars, and coworking spaces nearby.

We are a French couple and spent a little over two weeks in this place, and everything was perfect! The apartment is clean, matches the photos, and offers all the comforts you need. The residence is great with a great pool to relax and especially a real gym! Unlike many Airbnbs that mention a gym without serious equipment, here we have dumbbells up to 25 kg, several benches for bench press, a squat rack… In short, enough to really train properly. Another big highlight is the location. There is a modern mall right next door with a food court, perfect for varied and easy eating. If you're looking for great value in Chiang Mai, don't hesitate, this is the place to come! We recommend 100% and will come back without hesitation.
