Villa vacation rentals in Chang Phueak

Great experience, we had a wonderful holiday here.This villa is located in a villa community directly opposite Nimman 1. Although it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet. Because it is next to Nimman 1, it is very convenient for shopping, eating, and leisure. The experience exceeded my expectations.Although the house feels a bit old, it is very well maintained and has a family atmosphere.In addition, the Chinese housekeeper LEO is super considerate and warm, answered our questions, recommended night markets, and also cared about our itinerary when the rainstorm came.Thank you so much for him!Thank you, Host!

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

An absolute steal deal and a wonderful place along with an amazing host. We were travelling with an infant and the house was spacious enough to accomodate all 7 of us, including the baby. The quaint chirping of birds to wake up to, spick and span house when we entered and everything was exactly as described. No hidden surprises that could cause a holiday to go bad. The host was proactive with clear instructions and was always available and responsive when we needed anything answered. The location is just perfect, nestled between temples, night markets a plenty and good gentry around due to Marriot, Movenpick, Intercontinental just a stones throw away. I really wish this place had a pool and it would be like a 5 star listing for sure. Looking to revisit soon. Just loved the hospitality and the overall experience. It was a very good experience ~

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

We loved staying in this beautiful home. So comfortable! Kuhn Seua is a wonderful host. We highly recommend his place!

We enjoyed our time at Pop and Ians very much. Our daughter loved the Environment.

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that made our stay even better. We especially loved the pool. It truly felt like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back if we’re ever in the Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The interior was beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a truly luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The wireless connection was strong and seamless throughout the property, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. The design of the space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and the entire villa was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen was amazing well equipped with all the necessaries. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-designed getaway!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Very nice place to stay

Thank you very much, Jay. You've been like family to me these few days, responding quickly to all my problems and handling them properly, including helping me pick up my parcels. Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

This homestay environment is super, the room is hygienic, the room is clean, the comfortable and spacious layout is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, the view from the window makes me happy, the safety measures are in place, and the safety is full.The point is that the host service attitude is very welcoming and friendly, proactively and enthusiastic about the surrounding transportation and food, and will continue to choose here again next time!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Very warm-hearted! Chinese speaking, easy going. Super calming rice fields right in front of balcony. Breakfast was our real surprise. Highly recommended for those who wish to stay for a real retreat.
