Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Chang Phueak

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

I would never regret staying at Pia's place during my vacation! Pia is such a caring host, always responding promptly. What I liked the most about the place was that the place is spacious and has seperated rooms. The interior is unique and cool, same as the posted pictures. I was a bit worried that there might be lots of mosquitoes / bugs at first. But the repellants are prepared, so no need to worry in my opinion. The house is also conveniently located, takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Tha Phae Gate. (( also a very nice book cafe near the house )) I enjoyed my trip so much thanks to a great host and her lovely place! I highly recommend this place for a family trip.

It’s such a unique experience staying at this mountain-view “camping-vibe” dome room/house. The host was very responsive, kind, and friendly to us. The view was amazing, I had not only a great time there also a memorable getaway trip outside of Chiang Mai city. It would be much better if there were clearer guidance or more accurate address in English/Thai of this location. The grab ride was like 850b one way to get there or back to Nimman. Love this place!!!

Very happy with this villa. The team who greeted us on arrival and departure were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely location in a Thai neighbourhood so felt very safe and Chang mai mall was only 6 minutes away so very convenient.

Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too spacious for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but it's much better in real life than in the photos. (I asked for an update, but I think they left it as it is, saying that there are cases where people are disappointed when they see the actual product) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but it was a very comfortable trip because you provided a pick-up and drop-off service even at a late hour.(Stay here without moving to another accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. I heard that the host, Rath, is renovating the house where his mother-in-law lived. I was even more grateful and used it with care, knowing that it was a precious space for the family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the first and second floors. 1st floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a large TV and a living room space It's made up like this, All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to have long hair Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because you gave me a new product instead of a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, etc. for inquiries, and they answered very quickly, so I reflected various local information (restaurants, traffic conditions, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked services I was introduced to the private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good. Try it! If it's this much, they'll say that I'm from Rath's family! I was a guest, but I'm satisfied, so I'm writing a review. Thank you, Rath.🙏

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

our stay at the villa was everything as described. it is an amazing place tucked in a rural setting. This was where our challenge laid. the villa was amazing, sadly Chang Mai was not the right choice for us. We sadly chose to leave early. however the entire transaction was nothing short of amazing and respectful. I would highly recommend this experience to those seeking a quiet escape. We are grateful for all the efforts that went into accommodating and facilitating our change of direction. We once again wish to thank Sirapatson and the Air B&B team for everything they did to help us find an incredible out come for our holiday! We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway from the city. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax in nature with comfort and convenience!
