Villa vacation rentals in Chiang Mai

This is a wonderful house , the host is super nice and always helpful. We stay more than one month for Chinese New year , the house location good it is in nice village . The room are very bright and big . Everything is great. Strongly recommend for family long stay .

Put the key in the lockbox at the door! I went out directly, and after going around in circles, I found out that I forgot to unplug the password haha! Rest assured, it's safe here! Don't worry, just lie down!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Everything matched the description. The location is easy, friendly and walkable. The house was very clean and cozy. The perfect place to stay when in Chiang Mai. Thank you for allowing us to arrive early since we took the overnight train. Very gracious. Highly recommend!!!! We hope to stay again next time we visit Chiang Mai.

Clean and tidy. Although it is a certain distance from the ancient city, it is very convenient. The entrance of the village is about 5 minutes walk away. The food and beverage supermarket is complete. The room is very private. The upper and lower rooms are completely separated. It is a good choice for two families traveling together.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

If you're debating on booking. Just go ahead and do it! The pictures don't do this house justice. it's beautiful and super clean. We had another placed booked and the week before, the host cancelled. Traveling as a group of 11, we needed a large home. Booking was easy and communication was top notch. The hosts arranged our transport to/from the airport as well as a driver for our day of exursions. When we arrived we were greeted by the management team for a quick tour of the house. Even though there were 11 people, we never felt crowded. plenty of seating for large groups , which some houses do not have in common areas. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything that was needed. The pool area is very nice. Our group only spent 2 nights there so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool or jacuzzi Highly recommend and this house, you will not be disappointed!

We had an exceptional stay in the Phi private villa. Napat and the women on site were amazing. We were 2 families with small children, we were very attentive, high quality breakfast, amazing villa very clean and spacious. Napat also offered us excursions with private driver. We wanted to stay longer so we felt so good. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos A big thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tanpuri. The place has a stylish yet natural feel, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, great for a slow afternoon. The location is super convenient—close to the Old City and lots of good food spots. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to stay in Chiang Mai.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

The villa is of a very high standard, located right next to a beautiful temple – the perfect way to experience Thailand. Every little detail in the property was thoughtfully prepared for guests. We stayed there with our family, and everyone had a wonderful time. The hosts took care of everything we needed and were always there to help. Thank you so much!

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

Lovely spot overlooking the lake. Has a beautiful outdoor covered deck with couch, the area is rural so there is not alot to do in the vicinity, we saw this as a positive thing as the location is beautiful and meals are provided. Peaceful and serene, lovely walks around the property.

The most surprising part of this trip to Chiang Mai is this villa!The courtyard pool surrounded by greenery makes for instant relaxation and the feeling of watching the sunset by the pool is so beautiful!The bedrooms are all with private bathrooms, so it is super easy to check in for the whole family.10 min walk to Ninman road, great location.The host is also thoughtfully prepared to welcome fruits and tips for getting around, 100% recommended!

Very peaceful villa and exactly how it is described.

This villa was better than in photos. The big pool was very nice to relax after walking in Chiang Mai. Location is good, not too far from town and we can take Grab easily to all shopping areas and night markets. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, they give good local advice and answer questions quickly. If you want nice place that is still close to everything, this villa is good choice.
