My house is 5 minutes from the A89 highway exit and 1 hour from Bordeaux. Conveniently located to visit the Dordogne: 20 min from Périgueux. 30 min from Bergerac, Brantôme. 1 hour from Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux.

The house has a single-storey access in a peaceful location. Without taking a car, you'll find nature, forest hiking departures. You are less than 5 minutes from a shopping area and 10 minutes from the city center of Périgueux. You can visit the "green venice" that is Brantôme.
