Nous sommes Jean, Florence et notre chien Tiago. Nous vous accueillons dans notre ancienne dépendance entièrement rénovée. Située aux portes de Périgueux, proche des commerces de Marsac-sur-l'Isle et de Chancelade, de la voie verte et du GR, la Maisonnette est un charmant duplex de 45 m² . Tout y a été pensé pour votre plus grand confort : literie, électroménager, sauna privatif et table extérieure sous pergola. En tant qu'hôtes, nous veillons à être à la fois disponibles et discrets.

Situé dans un petit immeuble calme, juste en face de la gare, il est à quelques pas du centre-ville et de ses attractions. Tranquility assured with the forest that surrounds us, the view from your terrace on nature and the shared pool to disconnect. We live on site and we will be delighted to share our vegetable garden and our eggs with you, if you wish. Totally autonomous, you have an independent entrance and a private terrace. 3 minutes from the village shops and 15 minutes from Périgueux by car.

Magnifique gîte tout confort, jacuzzi, Brantôme

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Chancelade Forest House

The house has a ground floor access in a peaceful location. Without taking a car, you'll find nature, hiking trails in the forest. You are within 5 minutes of a shopping area and 10 minutes from the city center of Périgueux. You can visit the "green Venice" that is Brantôme. During your stay, I will sometimes occupy the bottom of the house with an independent entrance to yours. You can enjoy a barbecue, hammock, deckchairs... all on a 1500 m² enclosed lot

Many activities near the gite are available, visit Périgueux, walks, castles, caves, canoeing, swimming in the river, strolling in the markets and tasting its gastronomy in the restaurants.
