Garrett’s place was exactly as described and offered at a very reasonable price. The neighborhood was friendly and inviting, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for our family. While we didn’t have any issues, I could tell that if we had, Garrett would have been quick to respond. Our kids especially loved the space, which made our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time! The space was clean and comfy and a perfect place for us to rest before and after a concert. VERY close to the Walmart AMP and tons of great restaurants and bars. Liz gave very clear instructions on how to find the house and get checked in. Everything was just effortless. 💯 would recommend!

This was our second stay at the cottage. Everything was perfect- exactly as described in the listing. Lisa was extremely responsive and super nice. The location is perfect for our needs. There were deer in the field behind the house which was very cool. We are looking forward to our next visit.
