The "Little Red Cottage" in Cave Springs

Welcome to the “Little Red Cottage” in Cave Springs. This Historic Farmhouse was completely renovated with the exception of the original wood floors. The decorating is full of color, detail and elegance, and yet the floor-plan is very functional and comfortable. This 1200 square foot cottage sits on 20 acres in the middle of Northwest Arkansas, close to everything. Just 6 miles to XNA, 8 miles to the Walmart Home office, miles to Crystal Bridges , and 17 miles to the University of Arkansas. This cottage is immaculately clean for the most particular travelers. The house is limited to 4 people and has a no pet policy and is a no smoking home. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patios. There are three patio/porch areas to enjoy the great outdoors and don’t be surprised by the resident deer in the yard. The is plenty of room to park horse trailers, bike trailers, and RV’S. Just let us know what your needs are and hopefully we can accommodate them.

MAIN HOUSE IS NOT TO BE DISTURBED. This is a converted shed that is detached from the main house. It is a tiny house of 144 sq. feet. It has a built-in twin bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin bed. True tiny space of 144 sq ft. Full bath/closet. Suggestion: if 2 are staying here make sure you like each other A LOT. If space is not available please look at my other listings. Entrance is not the address given please read check-in instructions and if you have any questions ask.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.

Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. This was a wonderful place to stay in Bentonville. The neighborhood is brand new and the house is perfect. It smelled like wonderful cleanliness when we walked in. This was also one of the easiest airbnb door handles I've ever used. They advertised as pet friendly and it was just that. Lots of pet supplies, bags, treats, brush, paw washer, etc. I also like that the house was not too busy with decor and furniture. I have big dogs so this was perfect in that there was nothing for them to knock over and break. :) The hosts were extremely responsive and definitely have your best interest. My husband and I will definitely be bringing the pups here again.

This home was perfect for us! We were in the area for an extended weekend for a baseball tournament. Our first rental through Vrbo was awful and we had to look for a new rental last minute. Kim got right back to me and allowed us to check in early! It turned our whole stay around. The home was clean and has great character. The outdoor areas - front porch and a barn with a fire pit/patio- were all in excellent condition. The home is close to everywhere but you still feel like you’re in the country. A great gem of a find!

Lisa was a wonderful host! We knew exactly what we needed for check in / check out and had welcome snacks for us when we arrived. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 5-10 minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We had a great time at Lisa’s and will see if it’s available to book when returning to Roger’s for another concert.

Brandie’s townhome was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and we felt right at home. The beds were also super comfy! The only downside was the garage was not big enough to park a normal full size pick up truck, other than that I would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

This is such a beautiful little place that was perfect for a mother/daughter weekend. Location was close to everything we needed. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed and the vintage touch was pretty special! We will be back!
