Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Caucasus Mountains

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

The location of the place is absolutely amazing. Close to the center. The place was clean and well put. Kakha is an incredible man. He helped with everything and did not leave us with any trouble. Overall, it was a great experience

Потрясающее жельё, очень было уютно и атмосферно. Нам с девушкой очень понравилось. Елена очень отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда ответит и об о всем расскажет. Действительно хорошо взять эту квартиру на 3 дня и более и изучить Тбилиси. Удобное расположение, рядом есть круглосуточный супермаркет большой. Есть много ресторанов, куда можно сходить покушать. Напишите Елене она вам все расскажет. Очень чисто и вид из окна потрясающий. Действительно доступное и уютное жилье за свои деньги. Мы остались всем довольны. Единственное, что если вы хотите спать под одним одеялом - напишите Елене заранее - она все устроит. Есть все удобства, даже скрепка для замены сим-карты была найдена нами в ящике. Очень советую данную квартиру и ее замечательную хозяйку.

Теперь каждую нашу поездку в Тбилиси мы будет оставаться только у Мзии. Она очень открытая, добрая и готова помочь со всем. А квартира очень светлая и уютная. Буду рекомендовать ее все ☺️

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Gastgeberin freundlich. Das Highlight ist die Aussicht. Der Pool und Hängesessel sind im März nicht aufgebaut.

Can’t express the comfort, kindness with words. Clean space was satisfying, one and only airbnb host I will choose forever. Location is in the middle of the center, you can easily reach two metro station, funicular, mtatsminda park and so many popular places by walking.

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

With our children of 3y and 1y old, this was a great choice. Plenty of childrens toys, a well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed the location - a lively area with many restaurants and coffee shops, and the old town was easy reachable by bus.

It was a great pick of an accomodation! Dika and her whole family were fabulous hosts! We had everything in this nice, bright and cozy apartment. Communication was great and since even her Kids are professionals, there was always someone there if we needed anything! All together we can highly recommend Dikas place!

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

We spent three days at Zurabs place. Really comfortable little flat with a great view on the mountains. Also it’s situated in very centre of Kutaisi. Zurab is very responsive host:)

Location: taxi to metro Varketili is 10 minutes away and you can get to ciy center without traffic jams. You can easily park a car nearby, get on highway to airport, Telavi or Liberty square in Tbilisi center. There's huge lake in walking distance and plenty parks around. Nice place, without night noise of city center. Nati is open and easy-to-communicate host. Apartments has new great mattress in the living room, good sofa. There are also enough space to take yoga class without any discomfort.

oleg and his partner were more than accommodating... i stayed multiple month in different units in alliance palace with them... any problems or concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner... great property and great host... i recommend 1000%

Очень рад, что в период нашего отпуска, именно эта квартира оказалась свободной. Мы искали квартиру со всеми удобствами с видом на море и с отдельной комнатой для детей и считаю что нам повезло. В квартире есть все необходимые удобства: современная бытовая техника, хорошая мебель, удобные матрасы и вся необходимая посуда. Рядом с домом несколько супермаркетов и много мест, где можно вкусно поесть. Хотел бы здесь выразить еще раз благодарность хозяйке этой чудесной квартиры и пожелать ей таких же добрых как она гостей!

Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und hat sich wirklich um mein Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

This apartment has a great location, in the heart of one of the best areas of the city, a few meters from the square with subway, restaurants, stores and so on. At the same time, the location in the courtyard gives a quiet and cozy atmosphere. It is also a large and beautiful apartment. Communication with the host was also excellent. Everything was very pleasant, thank you!

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.
