Beachfront vacation rentals in Caucasus Mountains

The host is very friendly and helpful and the house is beautiful as if it came from a fairytale!

Small tidy apartment on the 27th floor. Despite the fact that there is a lot of noise from the beach outside, you will not notice it in the room itself. Keep in mind that there is a queue to the elevator, this is a feature of the residential complex, and if you are in a hurry, it is worth putting into calculations. By a mysterious coincidence, despite constant traffic jams around the residential complex, taxis from there are cheaper than from other places.

Perfect stay

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

What a wonderful apartment! Everything matches the photos and the description, but in person it is even better. Very cozy interior and everything you need. Great location within walking distance to the city's attractions, with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. It was nice to wake up to a beautiful view of the sea, and it is impossible to stop admiring the sunsets. Large living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and a beautiful bathroom. Everything is clean and well thought out, lots of sockets (you can charge your laptop from anywhere in the apartment), and all the living room lights can be turned on in many different combinations which is appreciated. The only drawback was intermittent Wi-Fi, but otherwise a very spacious and cozy apartment you want to come back to! Nice owner, customer focus at the highest level! Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness!

Great location close to the park and the beach. A bit old, but clean and very cozy, it felt like at home right away. The small things that matter: cute plates and towels in the kitchen, slippers to walk around the house, food containers in the fridge and a comfortable mattress

The room is very good, clean and nice view at the swimming pool. The location is amazing and near everything.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

This is a very nice, fresh, clean, well-stocked apartment. We had a great time at the Dreamland Oasis complex. You need to understand that the apartment corresponds to the hotel room in its own size. The most lovely part of this apartment is the small terrace with its own garden. It compensates for the lack of space in the apartment.

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Comfortable place for stay with kids and big family. In the house you will fined everything for comfortable stay and cooking. The host is very responsive.

The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

Good clean and near everything

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.

Apartments were perfect, very cosy and clean, we enjoyed to stay. Owner replied very quickly to all our questions! Thanks a lot🙂
