The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

Overall, everything was good. Just a little old lounge furniture.

Tea is a very friendly and wonderful host, her house is amazing, it’s spotless clean, well equipped with everything you need even professional grill on patio to do some barbecues. Location is great with amazing view from the house, it’s only takes 15 minute drive from city center (Freedom Square) Definitely she’s highly recommended host and I’d always stay there

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The house is very clean, and has all amenities you can need during your stay. View to the front yard and back yard is beyond description, you will love it. The sound river flowing nearby accompanies you 24/7 and that is priceless. Definitely recommended.

The host was so great and I'd better live in it if I thought I'd go back to Kabala, I'd be happy to live in it again.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this house

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

Best place i have ever seen

The cabin is very nice, there is a fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine. We stayed with friends for 13 people, fried barbecue, went to the sauna, bathed in the pool. Everything was fine. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather and the house was cold to sleep at night. We chose to heat the pool (300 gel for an additional fee) instead of heating the house. We didn't know that the pool would be heated for extra money and that there would be either a warm house or a warm pool to choose from.

Since it was early in the morning when the plane arrived late, david was patiently waiting for us to arrive, david's family was very enthusiastic about some of the basic features of the homestay, and recommended places to visit near the accommodation.It's really one.welcome david family to travel to china
