I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

The most beautiful view from the windows I have ever had. Had to cry because I didn’t want to go back 😹😹 very peaceful and down to earth place with friendly owners and great common area. Really loved it!!!

A beautiful and quiet accommodation located in the village of Tashkiran about 7 kilos from Ozengul Duplex apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean, ground floor bedroom, lounge, kitchen and Arab bathroom ( this is the only drawback but this has put most of the accommodation in the Turkish north) The upper floor is two rooms and a private bathroom All rooms and lounge have balconies with beautiful views especially if the weather is cloudy lokman is a friendly person who has not failed to do anything. Any request he meets. Thank him very much. If you go back to Tashkiran this accommodation will be one of the first choices

First I would like to thank the host who was a wonderful and generous person... The day before we arrived he contacted us and on the day of arrival he was interested in facilitating access to the site. When we arrived we found some formats and beverages welcome from the host The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms double bed and one room with single beds and one large bathroom with a washing machine The kitchen is large and complete, a refrigerator, an oven, a kettle and everything you need,and a dining table The kitchen is open on the lounge The Lounge is large with Smart TV And two very large linens are transformed into a comfortable family. The view is so wonderful that combines nature and the sea with a beautiful balcony The apartment is air-conditioned with three air conditioners in the lounge and two rooms. One of the disadvantages of the apartment curtains does not obscure sunlight .. The location of the apartment is about half an hour away from the center of Trabzon,but a great view The owner of the apartment is a very wonderful person.. Thank you for the welcome..

Mr. Faruk was a very understanding and hospitable host. The house was immaculately clean, tidy and prepared with everything you could need in mind. It is in a peaceful location right in the heart of nature, the view was breathtaking. The evenings we spent by the fireplace were literally enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much for everything, we can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. From the very beginning, Gela and his family made us feel at home with their incredible hospitality. They were so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The cottage itself is a peaceful retreat—cozy, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. On top of that, we were lucky enough to try the best khachapuri we’ve ever had in Georgia, homemade with love by our wonderful hosts. As if that wasn’t enough, they also treated us to fresh milk from their cows, along with homemade butter and cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious and added to the authentic experience. If you’re looking for an authentic place with amazing hosts, this is definitely the spot. We’d love to come back!

The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

The host, Piotr, was incredibly kind and responsive — he answered all my questions quickly and even gave great recommendations for food and transportation in Batumi. We liked that the apartment was spacious and clean, fully corresponds to the photos you see, after a good renovation. Very nice location next to the park and a few minutes to the sea. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The host was helpful and responded quickly to messages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean and in a good condition, it was easy to check in and out. We asked for an earlier check in and host wrote to us as soon as the cleaning was done. Though Orbi is overall not a great place to stay at, this one was very nice. We liked the room and the host. Thanks a lot!

Very easy to contact, flexible and informative host. Easy, convenient flat to use as a base, with very good storage. Nice to have a balcony with excellent views.

A lovely place 4-minute walk from the shore. A wonderful welcoming host who picked us up and drove us to the train station. The only downside is the construction in front of the house but even that was not a big deal: the windows are well-insulated and it wasn’t loud at all.

great stay

Apartment is in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of the city with views of the city. We had a great time and a nice apartment to go back to after a busy day in the city. The area is still being built so a bit of construction around and the road is still a gravel track. We had a amazing time in the apartment apart from an incident with the lift which unfortunately is quite dangerous to be honest alarm on the lift does not work and we had no way to communicate when it stopped working, had to bang on the door and call the host to get someone to open it. I hope the building management addresses this issue.

Clean, quiet house not far from the sea

We stayed for two nights. The host was very cooperative and responsive. She communicates with English which was good. there was minor notice which is the drainage plumbing in the shower room was very slow which resulted in a pool of water in the bathroom

It was a lovely house with everything necessary. The description fully corresponds with the reality. The house and the garden were clean even though it was winter. Ideal to discover Kakhetian countryside not far from Tbilisi. Lika was a really friendly host who responded promptly. The terrain is well-secured for kids and pets.

Natia was an amazing hostess. The place looks even better than the photos! Solo female traveller and I stayed for 5 days- the views were breathtaking, the space was great with a spacious lawn. I also felt extremely safe and looked after, with house keeping coming a few times to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall 10/10 experience and I would come again. Thank you Natia!

The place was magical and everything from the mountains views to the restaurants in area was incredible, it was close to Mestia and other attractions in the mountains that we explored through our visit. Before reaching there, the road was a bit rough but nothing we didn’t expect, The stay was very clean with all the amenities we expected and more which was amazing !
