I really enjoyed my stay at Seo’s apartment! The apartment has a wonderful view of both the sea and the city, which we could enjoy from the large balcony, definitely one of the highlights. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Seo was a great host, and I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Batumi.

Svetlana is just wonderful; very kind and accommodating. the place is also stocked up with everything you need-- I was really happy to see amenities such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc-- it makes a HUGE difference. she's very friendly and our stay was very comfortable. thank you!

The apartment was clean and in a good condition, it was easy to check in and out. We asked for an earlier check in and host wrote to us as soon as the cleaning was done. Though Orbi is overall not a great place to stay at, this one was very nice. We liked the room and the host. Thanks a lot!

Mr. Faruk was a very understanding and hospitable host. The house was immaculately clean, tidy and prepared with everything you could need in mind. It is in a peaceful location right in the heart of nature, the view was breathtaking. The evenings we spent by the fireplace were literally enjoyable and memorable. Perfect place for familles or groupe of Friends with several rooms, bathrooms and beds. the view is beautiful and you can easily walk to the main streets of Mestia and all the restaurants. Natia was also very helpful whenever we needed help from her. I recommend! thanks

We (family of four) spent a week at Natali's place and very much enjoyed our stay. The flat is very comfortable, fully equipped - and a short walk to the beach, while also close to the city centre. Natali is a very friendly host (thanks for the sweets, fruit and wine) who made sure we felt very welcome. Extra points for the kittens in the yard!

This is the best location for a short stay in the center of Tbilisi... All popular tourist sites are within walking distance. The necessary infrastructure too. This is the best ratio of location and price. (+ gracious hostess Gayana is always in touch and ready to help)

Great private place with friendly hosting family. Middle of nature view

The cottage is in a beautiful location, right across from the beach, and surrounded by tall pines. We loved the outside patio surrounded by lawn and plants. Mamuka responds right away to any questions or requests. Beds are very comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room, if needed. The cottage is one level, but there are 3 steps to get in, in case you have any elderly people. The village has 2 restaurants, in nearby hotels - both are a few steps away and have excellent menu and great wine. There is a little grocery store 5 min walk away that has all basic things. We did not have a car and made do with that - it worked well for the week. There is also a Dendrological park ~ 30 min walk away, we really liked it. The beach was not crowded at all, clean and very gentle sloping sandy shore. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Mamuka!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

We had a lovely stay in this home with our family. It’s right next to a smaller Black Sand Beach cove and also very close to another beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. There was an amazing view for the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for everything. We hope to come back .
