Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Caucasus Mountains

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

We had an amazing stay in Bakuriani. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much to Sandro for all the hospitality and guidance. We will definitely come back.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

Great townhouse on the territory of Crystal resort. Check-in through the hotel reception, there is a place for a car. The house is managed by a hotel, so bed linen and bathroom amenities are at a good level. There is also a sauna, after skiing is a very cool option! The host responded quickly to all questions! Recommended!

Eldar and his father were great host! Place was clean and right on the street where there are lots of restaurants and a market! He responding very quickly. Had a nice stay in Qusar and made it easy for is to visit Shahdag twice and Quba!

We had a great time in Gudauri with a great apartment. Only one minor issue was the WiFi...it’s was little weak, otherwise the apartment is amazing. We have everything we needed. Location is awesome If We ever visit Gudauri again we will definitely choose the same apartment.

We stayed at the apartment with our 3 kids. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for families with games and a separate room for the kids. The apartment is nicely removed from the nightlife at the base of the ski slopes with curtains in the rooms to keep out the light. It’s still really easy to get to the lifts - just a 2-minute walk - and conveniently has 2 ski lockers for your gear. All the restaurants and the Spar are a stone’s throw away so you can eat out or in. Communication with the host was super easy and we were also suggested a car company for transfer from Tbilisi, which makes things easier with kids! We had a wonderful time at the apartment and will definitely return.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The house has a great location. House cleaning was taken care of. Easy access to the house and check-in. Also thank you so much for the quick and nice communication from the host.

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. We were 2 families. The location is very convenient. The sea is 50 meters from the house. Supermarket is nearby. The apartment is very clean. The host met and escorted to the airport in person. The apartment has all the necessary things for cooking. The pastel is snow-white. We really liked it. We are glad that we chose this apartment. We spent two months in this apartment and everything was perfect. The location is ideal—just steps away from the slopes, which made a big difference day to day. The apartment is beautifully decorated, functional, and fully equipped for a long stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so I was able to work without any issues. Most importantly, Tarama was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A big thank you!

The place was amazing! Our stay at Tornike’s place exceeded all the expectations, and we had lots of fun. Tornike was always ready to help us with any problem we encountered. Also, the cottage was right next to the ski lifts! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage secluded in the middle of the forest. The view couldn't be better! Although it was already quite cold outside at night, we were able to heat the cabin well with a small electric heater and did not have to freeze. Alternatively, a fireplace was also available. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The center of Mestia (restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, tourist information) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, only a hairdryer is missing. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Georgia!

We stayed for two nights, the landlady and Mr. were very wonderful, always kept in communication with us to solve our problems, and helped us recommend and contact the paragliding project.The cabin is well filmed and I will be willing to recommend it to more friends
