Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Caucasus Mountains

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

We had a great stay. Kote is very friendly, the dogs are very sweet and we felt right at home. We were warmly welcomed, were allowed to taste delicious honey and even ride his horse. We got a very real impression of Georgian life and he even called his sister, who told us a bit about the area in German. The house is primarily designed for two, but it was no problem for four people. A very cozy house. Thanks for the effort! We are happy to recommend it to others!

The reason we stayed was to get away from the city and stay in the middle of nature. It was a vacation that fully met our request. The host was helpful with the transfer from the airport and made it easy for us to check in. We were able to get support whenever we needed it. The food option isn't much, but it was enough for us.

5 stars is an insufficient score for this listing. The host family's service is absolutely exceptional, they are extremely kind and careful with the service. The apartment is wonderful. It has everything you need and the views are excellent. It was an exceptional stay because of the service and the accommodation itself.

Thanks we had a lovely time at your place, the views after the snowfall were amazing from the bedroom. Heating was adequate for a cozy sleep.

Location was perfect. It was walkable distance from peace bridge. One of the best airbnb in tblisi.

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was perfect for one person! The apartment is exactly as described, and in a very nice, walkable, and safe neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and had everything I needed, including kitchen items, closet, blankets, internet, etc. It's quite close to Marjanishvili metro/bus station, so very easy to get around, and the Fresco about ten minutes' walk was great for anything else I needed. Karine is kind and responsive, and I felt I could reach out if I needed anything- she was also accommodating about my arrival and departure, making it easy to collect and leave the key. The neighbors are also friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again, and would be happy to recommend it to travelers! I also enjoyed the courtyard and making friends with the cute cats.

Amazing spacious apartment! It was perfect for our gathering of three people. The balcony overlooking a Trinity church was a big bonus. The place is very close to metro, grocery shops and its in walking distance to all major attractions of old Tbilisi. We'll definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying at Nino and her wonderful family home. It is a 7 star property, a wonderful family who surrounded us with love. We had a wonderful week at Nino's home and we'll come back soon.

First of all, thank you very much Mr. Halim, and then as soon as we entered the apartment, Mrs. Yenge's welcome cake was very nice for 2 families and 3 children. Also, Mr. Halim's son tried to make my son Aslan, who is a Galatasaray fan, a Trabzon sports fan :) The location of the house, its cleanliness and being right by the sea were great. A cozy apartment, where of course, the most memorable is a separate access to the roof. Despite the fact that the windows on three sides, the noise of the street practically does not bother. Among the disadvantages is the low pressure of hot water.

This is my first time coming to Stepantsminda, the view is very nice, staying in this cottage can see the superb Kazbek mountain from the window, and the room is very clean and tidy. I hope to stay here again when I come again in my lifetime to see Mt. Sunshine on a sunny day.

Gigi's cabin is a perfect place to spend the vacation under the foot hills of the Kazbegi mountains. Gigo was very friendly, communicate and fast to respond when we needed any help

Inga's place was just great. Quietly located with a fantastic view! Everything is exactly as described. We didn't arrive until around 11pm and Inga still welcomed us in a friendly manner. From the center of Batumi to the guesthouse you can easily take a taxi/Bolt. Taxi drivers can also easily find the guesthouse. It is recommended to walk the last 100 meters to the guesthouse and end the taxi ride at the intersection with the church. You should do the same when you call a taxi. Inga is very helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine as a farewell gift. We really enjoyed the place and would come back any time! Thanks for a great stay. :)

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere. The cozy fireplace added a special touch, making our evening warm and memorable.

House has a great location. Spectacular scenery all around. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful, very beautiful and cozy house. Perfect cleanliness! There is a beautiful comfortable gazebo with lighting on the territory. Even better than in the photos. Great option to relax in the quiet of nature without going far from Tbilisi (you can get there by taxi)
