We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. Would love to come back here again💕

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Thanks we had a lovely time at your place, the views after the snowfall were amazing from the bedroom. Heating was adequate for a cozy sleep.

What a beautiful and intriguing city and home base for exploring it. The house has so many features that are outstanding, including large windows, being built directly into the surrounding hill (wow!), comfortable beds, and temperature control in individual bedrooms (I seriously love details like this). We were a small family of over 8s and managed the stairs fine; sobriety and fitness are essential for stairs indoor and out. Our legs are now very strong. :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat and look forward to our return.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and squeaky clean, with a beautiful sunny terrace that we really enjoyed. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and only 4-5 minutes walk to the beach. Air conditioning on both floors was a big plus! Tika was the kindest - she let us check in early and check out late, and even left us churchkhela and wine, which was such a thoughtful touch🥹✨ We felt truly welcomed and would absolutely stay again!

A beautiful, private apartment with outdoor space (surrounded by trees) - rare for Tbilisi. very clean and comfortable. 10-15 mins walk to closest restaurants. Nino was an excellent host.

The rooms are big enough, air conditioning everywhere, good beds. In the kitchen are dirty turn, in the bathrooms also maintenance work.... sofa is also quite dirty.....

The apartment is lovely, in a great location, and has everything you could possibly need. The terrace is beautiful and has incredible views of the city. Barbara is a great host, very friendly and provides all the information you will need for an easy check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others taking a trip to Tbilisi. We would definitely book with Barbara again when returning to Georgia. Thank you!

Amazing spacious apartment! It was perfect for our gathering of three people. The balcony overlooking a Trinity church was a big bonus. The place is very close to metro, grocery shops and its in walking distance to all major attractions of old Tbilisi. We'll definitely stay again!

Philip’s place was perfectly fine and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near the city, just a short walk to the supermarket and metro station. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very well located. Everything was walkable distance. Lots of great restaurants. It is in quite busy area and sun goes up from bedroom window side. so if you are a sensitive sleeper, bring face mask and earplugs. Lela is very kind and empathetic host

Great apartment in a modern complex, there is an elevator, a good restaurant nearby, a 5-minute walk to a 24-hour supermarket. There is also an exit to the highway and other entertainment for children nearby. The hostess of the apartment is very responsive and friendly, she was very attentive to us. I recommend this place.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

I’m really happy with my experience living in Manana’s apartment. The place was spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated how quickly she responded, no matter the time of day. I also loved the location — everything was super close, with tons of grocery stores and pharmacies just around the corner. Getting to the city center was easy too. In my opinion … if you like what you see .. it is what you get. Easy to communicate with Megi. Has a sense of humour too! Her son Gorgi takes care of most of the immediate business, checking in and out. Always responsive to your needs.
