We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Thanks we had a lovely time at your place, the views after the snowfall were amazing from the bedroom. Heating was adequate for a cozy sleep.

We were a group of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids and we had a great time at Keti’s place. Her husband helped us with a very smooth check in and went out of his way to help with luggage. Keti was extremely helpful and responsive. Coming to the property, its one of the most beautiful location in Tbilisi old town and is done very well. Everything was handy and available. The property seems newly done with very modern furnishing, well stocked kitchen and have a beautiful yard. Kids loved the place. If anyone is coming with a family, dont miss this property if its available. Though parking space and moving your own car is an issue here coz the space is tight and incline is there but if you are using cabs or like walks, its not a problem at all. Keti’s husband helped us for parking the car and it was a great help Thank you Keti and Lasha for making our trip so so memorable

The apartment was extremely comfortable and squeaky clean, with a beautiful sunny terrace that we really enjoyed. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and only 4-5 minutes walk to the beach. Air conditioning on both floors was a big plus! Tika was the kindest - she let us check in early and check out late, and even left us churchkhela and wine, which was such a thoughtful touch🥹✨ We felt truly welcomed and would absolutely stay again!

Nutsa was incredibly helpful and solution-oriented from the very beginning. She provided the flexibility we needed and was just as attentive to the details that mattered to us. Communication was always quick and easy. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, überall Klimaanlage, gute Betten. In die Küche sind dreckigen Wende, in die Badezimmern Fällen auch Wartungsarbeite.... Sofa ist auch ziemlich dreckig.....

The apartment is lovely, in a great location, and has everything you could possibly need. The terrace is beautiful and has incredible views of the city. Barbara is a great host, very friendly and provides all the information you will need for an easy check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others taking a trip to Tbilisi. We would definitely book with Barbara again when returning to Georgia. Thank you!

Amazing spacious apartment! It was perfect for our gathering of three people. The balcony overlooking a Trinity church was a big bonus. The place is very close to metro, grocery shops and its in walking distance to all major attractions of old Tbilisi. We'll definitely stay again!

We stayed at this cozy and centrally located apartment in Tbilisi for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Everything from kitchen essentials to basic comforts was readily available, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is a major plus — right in front of the apartment, there’s a supermarket, and just around the corner, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and local shops. Fresh fruits and vegetables are just a one-minute walk away, and there are two major supermarkets nearby — Carrefour is only a 2–3 minute walk. There’s also a nice Korean restaurant about 7–10 minutes away on foot. The area is vibrant, safe, and incredibly convenient. One thing to note: if you’re planning to rent a car, parking can be a challenge. There’s no dedicated parking space, and roadside parking can get full, especially in the evenings. Lela's Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr liebevoll gestaltet - wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Supermarkt und nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso tolle Museen in Laufweite. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen!

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

Gayet ilgili bir ev sahibi güvenle sıkıntı olmadan konaklama sağladık.tabiki eksikler var ama fiyat performans olarak harika. Etrafta alışveriş yapmaya müsait çok konum var. Biz konaklamamız süresince güzel anlar yaşadık umarım gidecek olanlarda aynısını deneyimler :)

Mziko always responded quickly to our messages and even made possible to check-in earlier. In a very lively neighborhood, walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Tbilisi! So spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great - close to fabulous restaurants and bars and an easy walk into the centre of the city. Would absolutely stay again!

In my opinion … if you like what you see .. it is what you get. Easy to communicate with Megi. Has a sense of humour too! Her son Gorgi takes care of most of the immediate business, checking in and out. Always responsive to your needs.

Дуже рекомендую цю квартиру для всіх. Єдине немає кондиціонеру в спальнях, але це не так заважало в травні. Рівень житла супер!
