Otar is a great and caring host. The apartment is nice and cozy and located right on the slope. There is a ski rent right in front of the hotel.

We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )

Very good place the owner is very nice and always available, the apartment is very nice and clean .the only thing is that when there is not a lot of snow you can’t ski in to the apartments because it’s all rocks and mud.

The hotel has a beautiful view. I stayed for two nights in apartment 201 on the first floor. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with one bathroom, and a balcony overlooking Lake Uzungol and the breakfast area. The room is clean, and the bed is a little small. There is a small bed for children. Hot water and internet are available. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I thank them very much. (Arkoud, Ali, Omar) Note: Unfortunately, there are no tools available in the kitchen.

Good apartment and location

Room as described and in a good location for a good price. Bathroom looked a bit worn, but nothing major and for the price it was still a 5-star experience. Location is not in the most touristy part of Tbilisi but rather my favorite neighborhood of Vera. I definitely recommend staying here

Great neighbourhood. Property is better than what is described in the airbnb. Reza is polite and the great host. The guy at the front desk is kinda cocky-funny type which not everyone might appreciate. But still, even he is quite helpful. Overall, definitely a place worth paying every penny for! The only people who should avoid this place are those scared of dogs, there are a good number of them in the neighbourhood. As long as they’re not homeless, there’s no danger. But not sure about the homeless ones. I personally loved my stay here!

Nino was a wonderful host. She took great care of us and was always approachable. She can also arrange airport transfers and excursions. The bookable breakfast was great - typically Georgian. And the location couldn't be more central. A clear recommendation if you are in Kutaisi.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The views of the Black Sea from the apartment were amazing. I needed reliable WiFi to be able to work online for a few days and I can confirm that the internet connection was very good. There was also private parking. The host was very helpful and responsive. It is advisable to have a car if you want to reach the apartment as it is on a slope, but it is very easy to find even if you arrive by taxi. There are restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away and the airport is only 7 minutes drive away. We will definitely book again next time we visit Trabzon.

My mom stayed at this hotel and she was very pleased! Very nice and clean place! Very hospitable and helpful staff!

とても広い個室で快適でした 大きなベッドは清潔で、個室内にプライベートなシャワーとトイレがあり、冷蔵庫は個室内と共用キッチンにあって便利でした 1Fは洗車場となっており、窓を開けると少し音がしますが、壁も窓も防音性能が高いので窓を閉めると静かです 歩いて街に行く場合は途中で車道を歩かなければならないので暗い時間などは少し注意が必要です

Tina harika destek oldu. Konakladığımız yer konum itibariyle en ucaz eotaya yürüyerek 30dk mesefade. Bütün şehri yürüyerek gezdik. Fakat tek bilinmesi gereken apart mantığı olması balkonmve mutfak ortak. Pencereler biraz yukarıda ama havadar bir yerdi. Harika bir tatil oldu. Tinaya çok teşekkür ediyoruz

Все было просто замечательно! 1. Коммуникация и прибытие были на высшем уровне, Nini очень гостеприимная хозяйка, со всем помогла, все вопросы решались очень быстро) 2. Квартира очень ухоженная, светлая и чистая 3. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания 4. Очень красивый вид из окна, есть балкончик :) 5. В комплексе быстрый интернет 6. Отличное соотношение цена/качество Рекомендую к проживанию :)

Отличное жильё. Красивый вид на море и на взлётную полосу. Район тихий красивый. Но очень сложно было найти месторасположение. В объявлении не корректно было указано из за чего потеряли время на поиски. Хозяин приветливый , добрый, отзывчивый. Само жильё очень чистое и комфортное с балконом . Было немного шумно от взлётов самолетов , но детям было очень интересно. Ночью в какое точно время не знаю прекратили летать самолеты и было уже тихо. Кухонный уголок, газовая плита, холодильник всё продумано . Очень рекомендую это жильё!
