Very clean tidy apartment, located on the second floor without an elevator and the area is very convenient for the center. Parking is easy to find, a positive note at the tobacconist there are daily and weekly passes. The host responds very quickly and is very helpful and responsive.

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Perfect get away in the beginning of spring! The ideal vacation with a small group of friends! Gaia was the most attentive and helpful host we could have asked for. Any questions we had she answered near to directly. The house is so cosy and beautifully decorated and only 2min walk to the beach. We felt right at home. Hopefully we will visit again and when we do definitely will be coming back to this beautiful Italian cottage.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and well-maintained, renovated a few years ago. In general, all the furniture was very functional. It was really like staying at home, with all the comforts you need (even more when traveling with a 2-year-old). Private indoor parking is the icing on the cake, in an area where finding parking is often difficult. Sophia was very kind, both at check-in and during the stay. We'll definitely be back!

we were guests at Laura's for 3 days...two adults and a small dog...what can I say...everything was perfect: easy check-in and explained step by step, timely information about the area, attention to guests, great location a stone's throw from the sea and restaurants, bars, pharmacies...but above all I wanted to point out the extreme cleanliness of the accommodation. We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

What a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The host and staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment is well equipped and exactly as pictured and the location is great. It was mostly quiet and not crowded, and having access to the private garden, our own beach cabana, adequate AC and the lovely pool made the July heat bearable. We visited Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre easily by train and it was always a pleasure to return to the much less busy Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. We loved our time at Bagno Lelia.

The place was perfect for us! The children made themselves comfortable in the gallery and also enjoyed using the toys provided. Since the ceilings of the apartment are very high, it is also not cramped at all. We enjoyed the location of the accommodation directly on the beach. By car you can easily get to Pisa, Florence, etc. We will be back :-)

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

The house is great! Spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are on the promenade in a few steps, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Laura took good care and responded quickly to inquiries. Very helpful. A very nice vacation!

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. We had an amazing stay in Fabrizio’s apartment! He was one of the best hosts we ever had, very responsive to any questions we had and offered a ton of great recommendations. The place was immaculate, very modern with excellent appliances and decor. Within a 1 minute walk, you’re on the beach and right out the door there are a multitude of cafes and restaurants. There’s also a grocery store only a minute away. 10/10 would stay again!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.
