This is a lovely property, especially if you are traveling with children. There is emough outside space, a playground is 3 minutes walk away. Everything is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, two bathrooms are a nice to have. Matteo is always very responsive and kind.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! We spent 4 days in Carla's quiet oasis. After turbulent days in touristy areas, their accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings impress above all with fantastic beaches, those looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (greatly equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh hand-picked berries and homemade cakes.

The house is well maintained, clean, and equipped with any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). In 8 we were very comfortable thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The location is also very convenient, being the country in which it is very well cared for and equipped with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, and some places where you can eat and drink well spending the right amount). Stefano, the owner, was a great person. She helped us resolve a car issue, making herself completely available.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

We had a wonderful stay on the Costa Rei at Francesca's place. We were very pleased to have a few drinks and something to nibble from her💖. Even though we had some bad luck with the weather, we enjoyed the breathtaking view from the balcony every day and were able to linger there even in the rain thanks to the roof. In the sun, I also liked to be in the hammock on the small terrace. Simply fantastic.

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

We had a great stay. In 10 minutes on beautiful beaches, great garden and pool. Warm welcome...only the additional 125 euros for towels, electricity and tourist fee ( for 5 people ) we found a pity. Even though it may have been recognizable somewhere, it would be more sensible and transparent to indicate at least towels and electricity directly in the total price. Nevertheless, and everything else liked very much and we would come back. A beautiful place to relax with kind hosts.

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. The accommodation is very quietly located in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca for the pleasant time! :-)

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

This place is an absolute insider tip! The location right by the sea is unbeatable – every evening we could enjoy spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: everything is modern, lovingly decorated and very well maintained. We would like to highlight the hosts Taty and Luca – incredibly warm, helpful and always with great tips about the area. Whether restaurants, excursions or hidden beaches – we discovered so much thanks to their recommendations! A place to feel good and relax. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice time in Carla and Nazario's apartment. Carla and Nazario would always be extremely friendly and helpful and liked to give tips for excursions or restaurants. The apartment itself is modernly furnished, with a very welcoming ambiance. We immediately felt comfortable. The kilometer-long beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes (if you have found the optimal path). In summary, I highly recommend the apartment on Costa Rei. It is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to enjoy the sun, sea and Italian joie de vivre.

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.
