We were vacationing while working remotely. Wi-Fi was reliable, supermarket and bus stops were near. Alberto was very helpful.

Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home equipped with everything you could possibly need. The plus was meeting the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thanks to the excellent location we visited all of southern Sardinia, from Sant Antioco to Villasimius. The apartment is located in a very nice complex of villas, we were there at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk away you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacconists, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk, there is also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, a washing machine and everything you might need. We felt at home thanks for enriching our trip. It was a wonderful stay at Anna's house. We were welcomed generously and kindly. It was a real pleasure to hear your stories. The house is a small paradise with an incredible view from the balcony and a very special soul. We had a great time at Daniel's apartment. The apartment is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything was clean and Daniele was very friendly and helpful. With two children, we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful private beach with SUPs. We will be happy to come back!

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

Very good and tidy house! Can highly recommend!!

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

The small house is perfectly located for relaxing beach holidays with the family. The cottage offers everything you need. The beach on the doorstep is very nice. The contact on site with Marcus was very pleasant. Marcus welcomed us personally and warmly and showed us everything. We had a wonderful time, a repeat cannot be excluded.

A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. The location is right in the center, very close to restaurants, cafes and everything you need. Also very close to the train station and bus stop, so you can easily reach other destinations, and you can easily get there from the airport. Gianfranco was very kind, always available, allowed us to check in early and gave us a lot of useful tips. I definitely recommend it!

The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. The stay in Enricas apartment was perfect! Located in the center of Cagliari but still super quiet. Enrica was a great host who helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is very unique and we really enjoyed our time there!

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
