Top and great! The cottage is very nice, has everything the description says. In the small garden there are 2 showers when you come back from the beach and shower(hot and cold) in the shower. There are also couples beach gear for the children, such as diving goggles, beach games,...umbrellas, beach chairs,...just great! The surroundings are nice and quiet. The beach is only 2-3 minutes walk to or from the beach bar. There are restaurants nearby. For shopping you should drive a car.

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

We were very warmly welcomed by Barbara, she is very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt very comfortable. You can tell that Barbara has furnished and maintains “Casa Alma” with a lot of heart. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Nice, clean and safe!

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We found Cristina's very place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are the most comfortable we have found. External metal shutters allow you keep the place dark so you can have a laying without being woken up by the sun. Garden was neat and tidy and the covered out door seating area also useful should it rain. On premise parking is useful, although you would also find space in the street should you want to park there. Cristina's is very responsive and has suggestions on where to go. As Cristina had no one renting the day before us or the day after we left she gave us flexible check in and check out. Would happily rent Cristina's place again.

Together with my partner and our dog, we enjoy a lot our stay. The view is stunning. We spend whole evenings enjoying it. The house has everything you need. We as well highly appreciated host. Davide who not only provided us with very clear instructions how to get to his house, but as well was very polite and responsive. We definitely recommend this location and would come back again.

We felt very comfortable in Michele's accommodation. A spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A very comfortable bed from which you could also enjoy the sea view! Michele was so kind as to guide us over the phone to find the entrance for parking, as we arrived late in the evening in the dark. He also kindly fulfilled my request to put the exact type of milk I wanted in the fridge for our breakfast coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. A beautiful stay! The house is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. Alessia welcomed us warmly (including Sardinian specialties) and gave us many great tips on excursions, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very family friendly, with toys, extra blankets and everything you need. You can tell right away how much love is in every detail. When the kettle didn't work on arrival, Alessia brought a new one the next morning. Very accommodating! The garden invites you to linger, including charcoal grill and foosball. Many thanks to Alessia, Christian and Daniela – we felt like family, incredibly comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the place! A presto! Tip: The property is about 30 minutes from Cagliari airport. Ideal starting point to explore Sardinia with a rental car.
