Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Carpinteria

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We absolutely loved Maddie’s house in SB! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and we felt right at home. We brought bikes to get around and never had to move our car! Super close to the beach too! Maddie was super helpful whenever we needed anything! We definitely will be returning to this super cute beach house!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Our stay at this villa was amazing, Beautiful House inside and out. This place is just perfect very spacious and quiet i would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond to any concerns about the house and made our stay more pleasant.

This is a lovely place to rejuvenate in the Santa Ynez area. It is located between Los Olivos and Santa Ynez so you cannot really walk to anywhere which was fine for us. The biking in the area was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

Simply magical! Stunning property with incomparable views, the best hammock in the world, beautiful outdoor dining space, right on top of Solvang but feels like you’re in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful, light filled home with views all around and extremely clean and well appointed. Can’t say enough wonderful things, and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Amazing!

No home away from home is perfect, but this impressive home was a great sanctuary for my family. Grand times were had, great meals were made, there was plenty of space to congregate and play. The only unfortunate issue is that many of the doors--to bedrooms and bathrooms--have trouble fully latching. So until that's fixed, everyone just needs to be mindful and knock!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.
