STVR permit # 2374 Hurst cottage is under a mile from both the beach and downtown. It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)

Casita Orilla del Mar is a wonderful retreat one block from Santa Barbara's East Beach. The open-plan is spacious and very comfortable. The bungalow sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout double bed in the living room. French doors off of the Livingroom open to an inviting, completely private patio, built-in spa, outdoor shower, Tranquility fountain and outdoor dining with built-in barbeque. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
