Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

Austin was quick to respond about any questions and overall a great host! I recommend 10/10 experience. A beach right across the street, safe area, and had everything we needed. Will be back again :)

Quiet and nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and easy to access. Easy beach access. Other residents were friendly.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

It felt peaceful, and private, and it was so much fun. This place is great.

This was the second time that I’ve stayed at Paul and Favian’s place and both times I had a great experience! The room is clean, well-equipped and neatly decorated in a vintage flair that fits perfectly to the laid back beach town. The location is in walking distance to the beach and small local restaurants, and not a long drive away from Vons, Downtown Oxnard , Ventura Harbor and other attractions. Perfect for a relaxed getaway, close to the beach, in a safe neighborhood. Paul is a great, heartfelt person and it was a pleasure to meet him. I’d stay anytime again! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. We loved getting to sip our morning coffee on the patio, watching the paddle boarders and birds go by. Soaking in the hot tub was also a highlight. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach, too. A great place for a group.

This beach cottage was the perfect getaway for Valentine’s Day weekend. It was very cozy with a beautiful deck where you could enjoy the beach all day long. You can access the beach easily and the Rosewood hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again. It’s the upper unit of a house so you do share a hallway entrance with downstairs guests and the entrance is right by the bedroom. Apart from that everything was very nice!

Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

Our family absolutely loved this house as a way to spend a week for Spring Break. The beach is basically private and the house as beautiful, not to mention absolutely loaded with Beach chairs and games/toys to use for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Kids room was fun for the kids to all be in their own space.

Shoreline was beautiful and in a great location. This is what an airbnb should be. The company that ran the rental is very proactive and great at responding. I would rent again.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!

Staying at Rachel's Beach Condo is consistently an incredible, inspiring "home away from home" experience... The place could not be more perfect (there's always personal touches and new stuff in the kitchen that makes me say "I have to get one of those!") and the location (right on a gorgeous beach and walkable to everything in town, plus a sweet playground for kids) can't be beat. Plus, Rachel is like family (in only the good ways!). So looking forward to our next visit to Carp! (As long as we can snag a week on the very busy condo calendar.)

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

Ivan’s place is a gem in Malibu! Ivan’s place is well appointed and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, along with toiletries. The steam shower is a treat at the end of the day. The instructions were exceptionally clear and Ivan was communicative along with responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. The heaters on the ocean facing balcony were perfect for the cool evenings and mornings. There is gated, private parking provided. The pool along with the hot tub are a relaxing way to spend the day or end the day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There are restaurants within walking distance to dine in or order take out and the County Mart is within a short drive of Ivan’s place. Pepperdine University is a short drive from Ivan’s place. If you are looking for a well appointed, relaxing experience in Malibu, Ivan’s place provides this and more. You are steps away from the beach and the ocean waves will lull you to sleep at night. We hope to return very soon!

My husband and I loved staying in this Condo on Carpinteria‘s pristine quiet beach! It is everything that it says it is and what was particularly amazing was Spencer’s Thoughtful and thorough itineraries that walks you through everything. You could see the ocean from the bedroom and it felt like you were right on the beach in the living room. You go down three flights of stairs, and there is the Beach. I am disabled, and I ran into the property manager who lives on site and she was so warm and compassionate. She saw that I was in distress and she just took me by the hand and went all the way up to the condo with me and then came back out and walk me back out to my car into my husband’s hands with the remote that we needed to enter the parking area. She showed us and actually helped us with the luggage cart which is above and beyond. Spencer Has many beautiful properties in this area, and I think I would always trust his listings to be well managed and accurate.
