Waterfront vacation rentals in Carolina

Ivette was very responsive and understanding when I was running late for check in. The place is very well kept and clean. Pool was very nice as well as access to outside. She recommended a few restaurants nearby that were great. The only thing that’s could be a down side is how loud the planes are due to being near the airport. After a night I barely noticed. I felt safe and very lucky to have been able to stay at this wonderful place for a couple nights.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from a beautiful beach and walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and a very convenient supermarket. Irina was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’d love to stay here again!

My fiancé and I stayed here for my little birthday getaway and it was absolutely perfect! From the communication of the Airbnb unit owner, to the actual place itself. Everything was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed. Don’t judge the place on the outside, the unit was modern and clean, the building was safe and really secured. The best part for my fiancé and I? The building backed out onto the beach. We’ll definitely be back to stay here.

Gabriella was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We needed to check in early due to our flight and she helped out with that. The Airbnb itself was very delightful and very clean. The view of the beach was nice and easy access in and out the place. Overall, the Airbnb itself had everything we needed and more. Yes, the airplane noise is loud, but she provides earbuds. A enjoyable stay and would recommend.

En verdad todo muy bonito por dentro y limpio,olía super rico bien equipado justamente con lo q necesitas, justamente lo q esta en la ft es lo q hay ahí, el anfitrión muy amable,simpatico y siempre atento a todo , en las noches es agradable ir a la playa q esta detrás y caminar al igual q por toda la avenida créanme q la pasarán de lujo

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 and just steps away from the beach. The pool was exactly what we needed! Kristina made sure our stay was special and coordinated, decorations, drinks, and even a birthday cake for our birthday celebration. There are lots of board games… bop it 100 record over here! 😆 the house has everything you need. Ramon and Kristina were responsive and were always available when we had any questions. We will definitely be back, next time we are in San Juan!

Enjoy the home very much well kept with all amenities. The view was beautiful and the host Omar very helpful. Will definitely consider in the future.

My friends and I had an amazing time! Roy is a nice and responsive host who made us feel very welcomed. The backyard has a beautiful lake with amazing out door seating. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved the home and definitely will be back!

Watching the sunrise and sunset from Roxana's stunning back deck is now a core memory—truly a breathtaking experience that lets you see Caguas in a whole new light. The home layout is both functional and full of character, making it effortless to settle in whether you're staying for a few days or longer. Between the natural light, powerful AC, Tesla Powerwalls for uninterrupted comfort, and Roxana’s responsiveness, everything was smooth and relaxing. If you're staying in Caguas, this jungle oasis will have you feeling grateful you chose it.

Zara was super sweet and helpful. I will say it’s more of a “rustic” vibe. Absolutely worth the money for the views and property but wish there was a couple more amenities and a little bit more cleaning done. That’s my adhd coming out. Would absolutely recommend this place to a certain type of person. I would personally love to stay again. Also the area is a little more for locals which was something we really enjoyed but others might be intimidated by the culture shock! Thank you again Zara I would rate this stay a 9/10!!!

We had a great stay! Having a garage, washer/dryer, water fill station, hose, cooler & beach chairs was hugely convenient. Also, the beach frontage and access was incredible. I spent my mornings drinking my matcha on the board walk with the waves. Would be a great spot for 2 couples as the rooms/areas are separate! The beach is a little rugged and maybe not super swimable but was still amazing to have the beach frontage. Enrique’s place was a good “home base” as we did a ton of exploring for the week. It’s about 20 minutes to Old San Juan & 40 to El Yunque, depending on traffic. We Uber’d into town in the evenings but drove most places during the day. The neighborhood has a ton of stands, restaurants & spots to stop into. That said, it’s not a super touristy area so if you are okay with a more “local feel”, as we are, then you will love it! We walked around the Condado area (more touristy & has all of the hotels) one day and was definitely a much different feel than in Loiza.

Mari’s place was perfect for my long weekend getaway! It is literally steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony is beautiful to wake up to. There was a good supply of towels and beach towels which was really nice! Mari also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and helpful info about checking in and the area in general. The apartment was also clean and tidy, perfect for 1-2 people. Thanks Mari!

I stayed there from Monday-Thursday. My stay was amazing and safe! It was super clean and very well designed and decorated (Leon's wife has a great eye/touch) It was so close to the beach, pool, basketball court. The Gym was a big plus as well. Leon the host, was attentive, professional and responsive even before my arrival via the Airbnb App. I highly recommend this comfortable, warm place!!! Thank you Leon & wife. m.s.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.
