Loved the place! It was very cleaned The area was safe The pictures matched the place. The AC was cold and the water Hot enough! 😊 It was very easy to check in… He also provided with some essentials and local restaurant recommendations. (The wifi it was slow; to me wasn’t a big deal but fyi) Thanks for having us Giancarlo!

I enjoyed my stay in the island. This property was perfect for my solo stay fo 7 days/6 nights. Having the option to smoke inside was a definite + bc I was alone🙏🏾 close to the airport & activities on the island……. Peaceful neighborhood, had amazing interactions with the neighbors. BOOK …. You won’t be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice home with everything you’ll need for a family. Good neighborhood with an authentic feel, very clean and organized. Highly recommend, would stay again.

The area is privileged due to its location, the beach is behind the building and the restaurants are nearby. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for cooking. Recommended.

Will was amazing and checked up on us and very welcoming and nice. Told us ahead of time about the noice we be having and that was so great and helpful (that was our “alarm clock”) lol which made it easier for us to start the day.

Great stay! Place was just what we needed as a traveling couple of 2 looking for a resting/landing place between our adventures on the island. It was clean and Rebeca was responsive and communicative. It may appear small, but it truly had everything one would need in its space, comfortable bed, working AC, a TV, warm shower and a small little kitchen area if one wanted to eat "in". The place was super functional and at a great value! Would stay here again!

Wilson’s place looked exactly like the photos. The place was clean, linens and sheets were clean. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We took an uber to various locations. Wilson provided a list of things to do and places to see. This place is worth the money.

I felt like we had the real experience of staying in P.R. We woke up too roosters in the morning. It was a cool experience. Very nice home!!

Maria was great! House was just as described. She greeted us and walked us around and explained everything thoroughly. Pool was great for a nice nighttime swim. Billiards table and bar area were great for my group to hang out on our down time during vacation.

It was a great place to stay. We were in a residential area so it was peaceful and quiet. The location was great because its 10 minutes away from a lot of fun.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 and just steps away from the beach. The pool was exactly what we needed! Kristina made sure our stay was special and coordinated, decorations, drinks, and even a birthday cake for our birthday celebration. There are lots of board games… bop it 100 record over here! 😆 the house has everything you need. Ramon and Kristina were responsive and were always available when we had any questions. We will definitely be back, next time we are in San Juan!

If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!

Magda was an excellent host and made us feel right at home. She personally welcomed us to the apartment and showed us around. She was very accessible and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The location was a dream - literally 20 steps from the beach. We will definitely return.
