CasAna 2 Full Suites with Pool nearby Isla Verde

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

Steps to Beach on 10th Floor w/Parking @ ESJ

Considering we arrived to a big black out in Puerto Rico the lights were back on that night. Chana communicated the whole time even offered us to cancel and she would give us our money back. But we were gonna let a lil power outage ruin our trip. The building had a generator. So all common areas in the building had power. We went out to get candles and more flash lights, but didn’t need them power cam back on tht night. The air bnb had a big flash light for us to use. We had a great time and Chana was great we wanted to stay longer after our one day trip into the mountains of cayey and Chana had another unit available for us to book another two days the one we were in was already booked. I love the area it is right on the beach and she had so many items to use for the beach was definitely a plus. I’m gonna miss waking up every morning to farina from sobao bakery which is across the street. I would def comeback and book with Chana.

Carmen's place was exactly as described. It was a great location less than 8 minutes from the airport and 15 from old san juan. The host was very attentive and quick to respond if i needed anything. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

Ana Maria was the best host we could’ve asked for! She was so helped with questions, gave us great recommendations and was always happy to chat. The pool is shared with the other apartment, however during our stay, the neighbors were gone and we had it to ourselves! Super private, close to most touristy areas such as Isla Verde, San Juan, etc. We ubered during our stay which wasn’t too much, however the apartment is not in walking distance of anything. The airport was super close also which made arriving and departing easier! Thank you again Ana Maria for being amazing, hopefully we’ll have the pleasure of staying with you again soon. :)))

We had a lovely time staying at Manuel’s place - very cozy, great neighborhood and lots of restaurants and places to visit nearby. The place was very clean and Manuel was extremely responsive, helpful and understanding throughout - providing us with last minute supplies when we needed them. Great communication and would love to visit again. Highly recommend his place if you’re visiting San Juan!!

My Family of 4 stayed here. Nice balcony beach view, steps away from the beach, walking distance from restaurants. The room provides beach chairs to take to the beach, definitely needed. Would definitely stay here again. The pool is closed but there is so much to do on the island. The game room is nice for a night to hangout with the kids. The bar in the lobby is a plus. Parking is easy. A/C keeps the room fresh. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Chana is a wonderful host and her place on the 11th floor at ESJ was perfect for my wife and I. I really enjoyed the balcony. The check in instructions were spot on. It’s located within walking distance to a nice grocery store and many restaurants. Photos were accurate as well. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the closet and we found a beach chair in the closet with the towels as well. Lounge chairs and beach umbrellas are available for rent on the beach for $5-$10 per day. Great host at an impressive locale.

Great per usual! Chana has several listings I have enjoyed . This was an end unit( loved that) nice balcony, decent view, yes it’s beach front just steps away. Chili’s Bar and grill 2 min walk . Not like what we are used too 100% times better if you want easy quick DELICIOUS American food. Ofc there are several fantastic restaurants all of 2-10 mins walk east walk. 24 hour pharmacy which sells everything (it’s like a mini Walmart store grocery real perfume basic simple clothes toiletries batteries you name it alcohol and wines) hotel has a bar there is no pool here there’s a gym laundry fun game room for kids and adults is very clean welcoming safe . Security all around 24 hours. The room had two full beds ! I hadn’t slept in a full in so long wasn’t couple friendly lol if you ask me but we made them work they were clean comfy what we found stained we just removed, nothing to fuss about. The shower and hot water top tier! The ac very good! Real electric stove BIG CONDO love Chana’s !
