Great Place ! Would stay here again.

My family visited Puerto Rico for the 1st time and really enjoyed our stay. One of the best attributes of this Airbnb is how close it is to the airport. You’re less than 10 mins away. Our flight arrived earlier than check in and they accommodated us with an early check in which truly helped us. The Airbnb was a nice size. We loved the AC units in each room. It allowed us to all adjust our rooms temp to what level of comfort we all liked. We didn’t rent a car but Uber rides to the beaches and Old San Juan weren’t too expensive. Just stay away from peak hours. There’s also a grocery store, bakery and a couple restaurants within walking distance. The only issue we had was with the WIFI. The property owner discovered they needed a new router. He bought a new one and fixed the issue. Their attentiveness and quick response all trip was great. We had a great visit and will come back!

Silvina was an amazing host! The Airbnb was perfect—clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed, including the airport. She had snacks and goodies waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. During a brief power outage, Silvia went above and beyond by bringing over a fan, but honestly, we barely noticed the outage since the solar-powered apartment continued working seamlessly. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Pictures don’t do its justice. You feel like you walk into a postcard. The inside was clean and had everything we needed . The best part was you are within walking distance of beach front restaurants , local food stands and mini market. As soon as you step outside you have a little boardwalk in the back of the property that takes you to many places. Ivette and Tiffany were very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back soon.

Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

This was our second stay at Chloe’s place. We had another wonderful vacation. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The balcony view is awesome. I will miss having meals and enjoying the view from there. This time we stayed local and enjoyed the beach and local restaurants every day. Maria is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The guards at the entrance are always cheery, even when we arrived at 4am! I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Isla verde was my favorite beach to visit. About an 11 minute drive . uber prices ranged from 11$-21$ depending on whether it was surging. I would “cheat” the system by walking to pueblos supermarket for pick up it’s about a 10 minute walk from the beach and that would shave off a couple dollars from total. It also gives you some time to dry off. If your looking for fast food you can walk about 15 minutes, its a straight shot from airbnb and you’ll find a Popeyes, Church’s Chicken , Mexican ,pizza, china food there’s also a grocery store and Walgreens it’s like a little plaza situation it was awesome and convenient. Honestly you are so close to everything including old San Juan but you can’t necessarily walk anywhere bc of the highway you have to take an Uber or you can take the bus . I actually took the bus to the art museum it was a ten minute walk to catch bus and 75 cents . The bus also drops you off at airport ! A/c works like a dream . Just me nd dog I felt safe! Book!

From the time I booked Rey was very prompt about communicating with helpful information. He mentions that Google doesn’t have his address at the right place. This also applies to Uber which will take you to yet a different place than what Google will show—an Air B and B at no. 10 on the same road as Ray but a ten minute walk away. Rey’s address link will set you right but you can’t just paste it into the Uber address. You first need to open it in Google and copy it from there into the Uber App. Phew! Rey was immediately available both times I had trouble with Uber to speak to the driver. His unit is ten minutes from the airport but quiet and a ten minute walk to the beach. Very clean and good WIFI. Room simple but spacious. The added $30 cleaning fee might make Rey’s place a bit pricey for one night. Rey provides helpful recommendations of nearby restaurants and sightseeing tips. He even gave me a great restaurant tip for Ponce! I enjoyed my stay at Rey’s. Gracias.

Our stay was excellent. From the beginning, the hosts were very kind and flexible, allowing us to check in early and pick up our luggage after check-out, which made our trip much easier. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-equipped. Definitely a great option to stay in Carolina. Highly recommended!

Crebs' apartments are always excellent. I've stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. As soon as you enter, it smells clean, everything is tidy and the location is excellent for me.

Peaceful and perfectly located—this stay offered a quiet retreat surrounded by friendly locals and close to all the main sights. During the Puerto Rico blackout, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had power. Truly appreciated!

Great location for all of the beaches and Old San Juan! Spacious place in a sub urban neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery for all your needs. Great stay!

Enjoyed my stay here! Great property, super close to airport but also not far from the beaches and San Juan.

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful beach from the balcony or out the front door. The elevators were fast and quiet, which somehow stood out (I hate waiting for elevators!) Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We'll be back!

The stay was better than expected, Luis was very responsive and helpful. He recommended things to do and places to eat. The place was very nice, loved the birds and butterflies. The outdoor space was private which allowed for you and your spouse to be free to use it as you see fit. One thing I didn’t expect that was very appreciative was the stocked fridge with waters, beer and soda. We will be visiting again in the future.

What is not great about being on the ocean! The view, the beach, the city all from your roof top vantage point. This is just what it says. Description is spot on. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful location. Would highly recommend and wish to return! Thank you for sharing this peice of paradise with us!

Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)

This place was a great deal for the money! It is a brand new place still under construction so you might have a little construction going on at some times during your stay but it wasn’t bad. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants within walking distance, especially the restaurant downstairs! It is awesome! The neighborhood is very lively so you might bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but if you love the nightlife, you have lots of options. The beach is a block away so you can go without renting a car if you choose. Karen was such a great host. With new construction, we had a few bumps and needed a few things and she would answer promptly and bring what we needed. She was a great host! Italian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, and coffee shop restaurants are all right close to the studio apartment so you have several options for dining. There is a small kitchenette and fridge and microwave for making small meals if you need to as well. Like I said Karen will work with you on it all!

The place was nice and matched the photos they were very friendly and responsive! When I was staying over we had a blackout all over Puerto Rico but they were prepared and had back up generators for us and they kept us updated!

Grace made my trip very easy with check in, response time and the location makes getting around extremely easy. Would book again. Grace made my trip incredibly convenient with their efficient check-in process, prompt responses, and the location’s accessibility, which made getting around a breeze. Loved the airbnb, it looked just like the photos. It was a good distance from all touristic spots. I would definitely stay here when I visit PR again.
