Coastal Comfort: Private Retreat by Sand & Surf

*Please be advised that although there is a bunk bed, the entire bunk bed is yours, and the entire room is yours for your privacy. the only thing you will share is the living room, and the kitchen. and that is only with me. If what you're looking for great jungle, and nature hikes/ camping or private beaches, I offer GREAT recommendations of my favorite spots to go to, how to get then and how to do it in the safest way possible on the beautiful lush island of Puerto Rico. I have a kitty.

Spend a few days in this beautiful, beachfront apartment, in the buzzing area of Isla Verde. My apartment has a Queen bed, two twin beds, and a double sofa bed. It has an equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The building is a 5 minute drive to the airport, right next to Courtyard Marriott Hotel. The beach is right on your backyard, the area of Condado is 3 miles away while Old San Juan is 5 miles away. There are restaurants at walking distance.

The apartment matched the description and Magda was a great host! Very responsive and helpful (she went so far as to proactively recommend something to do with our kids during a rainy day). Location is great - on the beach / felt private with minimal people, several options for good eats (walkable), and conveniently located next to Marriott with day passes available for the pool, restaurants, casino, and small convenience store. Thanks Magda!

We had a lovely stay at Magda’s apartment. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was lovely and quite comfortable. Everything was clean and supplied well. The area is extremely walkable. You could easily walk to town in 10 to 15 minutes. Beach is right outside the condo and if you want a little bit more action, you can walk closer to Isla Verde Beach, which would be about a 10 to 15 minute walk - we did that with our chairs and grabbed some snacks and beverages from the local pharmacy right across the street from the beach. It was perfect to have those options!

Great location right on the beach! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a small cooler. Magda responsed to any inquiry right away. We had a wonderful experience at her place. I would definitely book again.
