This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Very accommodating and kind! Was accessible and helpful! It’s definitely small, but truly comfortable and was the perfect place to rest and make small meals.

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Karen’s place. We were looking for a relaxed place that was within walking distance of the beach and driving distance of El Yunque. Karen was extremely helpful in giving recommendations and detailed instructions on how to find and get into the home. I knew whatever questions we had that she would be quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay in her air bnb and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Margarita. Joseph & Amber were amazing hosts and were very thoughtful and helpful through out our stay. From giving us little breakfast treats to accommodating our requests/ needs, they were truly astounding hosts. The place is described exactly as it was listed. It’s by no means is a modern place but gives local Puerto Rican house vibes. Having access to the beach gear: umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment etc were extremely helpful! It’s a small quaint little town and there is a small grocery store that is walkable.

My boyfriend and I stayed here a few days and it was amazing! We felt so comfortable and at peace here. It wasn’t a loud area + there was restaurants, cafes and a supermarket near by. Yesenia also provided me a list of things near by which was super helpful. As far as the condo it was perfect for just him & I. There was everything that you would need!!! I 1000% recommend staying here for 2. Yesenia was the best!!!

Very lovely suite. It feels very authentic. Close to old San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket right across the street. I can only recommend booking with Judith, who has been a wonderful host.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s away from the hustle but not too far from things to do. The pool and the outdoor kitchen are amazing. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool every morning. It was nice to be able to grill in the evening. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Andrea’s place!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this Airbnb! So convenient being a short drive away from the airport, helped us navigate buying ferry tickets, all the locals are wonderful and neighbors are amazing! Truly truly truly 5/5 starts staying here! It was a great experience, I went to celebrate my 50th bday. She allowed us early check in and was waiting outside for our arrival. We were greeted with a big smile and gave us the keys. She even gave us a tour of the property. Before she left she gave us a shot of liquor and gave us the bottle to keep. She was the best host we ever had. During our stay the only con was the hot water. We did have a little trouble, the hot water was very inconsistent. But she informed us that it’s best that one person take a shower at time. Other than that everything was great. The pool water was perfect. Great location from the beach and la placita (we walked there all 5 nights). They even brought out an ashtray once they saw that we were getting ready to smoke. Once it was time to leave, they did allow us late check out. Overall a great stay.

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—from the cozy bed and cold A/C to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, with lush greenery and a shaded sitting area we loved relaxing in. Our host went above and beyond—providing beach chairs, towels, coolers, coffee, and even homemade treats. Her communication was fast, kind, and helpful, and she offered assistance with things like airport transportation, which was so appreciated. If you're considering staying here—do it! We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

I loved my time at Nixon's place. He is a wonderful host and the place is amazing.

We had a very smooth and easy stay here! The instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough. It was easy to get many places from the Airbnb. There are lots of walkable places and uber is widely available for longer distances. As other guests mentioned and the host is very clear about communicating, this is a 2nd floor location with no kitchen. There was a small fridge and coffee maker, a large closet area, lots of storage, plenty of towels. The host promptly brought a hair dryer when we couldn’t find one. There are neighborhood and city noises at night, and it’s not dark in the room at night, but my earplugs and eye mask did the trick. Again, we were prepared because the listing is very clear! We would gladly return here! Thanks for a lovely stay and great communication.

Our stay was great, restful and peaceful. 100% on the amenities I don't think there was anything we needed that wasn't there to start. Great location and very good for uber to get around with. (to Las Americas Plaza around $7.00) Tried the train, took an uber to the first stop cost $5.00, the train was great, clean, spacious and free at the time, went to the end of the line to the santa rosa mall at Deportive stop. If you are into history the forts are a great place to visit in old San Juan.
