Greetings, I am Lizette your Host. This is a unique modern style cozy studio great for vacation purposes, completely private, fully furnished, in a safe and quiet residential Carolina neighborhood. By crossing the street you find a Mexican restaurant and a pharmacy. Very well located just minutes to the airport, beaches, Isla Verde Hotels, Restaurants, Hacienda Campo Rico, Condado, and Old San Juan. Very near to Plaza Carolina Mall, Caribbean Cinemas, local supermarkets, Carolina Bowling, etc.

It's a quiet, comfortable place. It has its own entrance to the apartment. In the development it has a lot of public street parking that is free of charge. It has security gates at the front gate that gives it peace of mind and confidence. They have everything you need in the apartment such; coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, boilers for cooking, jumping, vegetable cutting board or other things. It has scrub soap, mop towels, mop, broom, dustpan, toilet paper, etc.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

We present an apartment near Luis Muñoz Marin Airport (SJU). Beaches about 15 minutes away: Alambique and Balneario de Carolina. Supermarket and cafeteria (5min walk), very quiet community for work or rest after a day at the beach or sightseeing in our beautiful Puerto Rico. Old San Juan is 20 minutes away by car Our goal is to create a welcoming environment, so that our customers feel that our place and Puerto Rico is also their home.
