Condo vacation rentals in Carolina

Awesome location!! We loved the views from the balcony! Even closer to the beach than I thought it was. We had a great time and wish our stay could have been longer. Christine was also very helpful and responsive.

Our 3-week stay in Dan’s Isla Verde condo was perfect, the place is nicely decorated and very cozy. Dan’s home is amazing, and his “red-book” gives you a list of ideas including restaurants and cafes near the condo. The check-in was a smooth process. Everything in the condo looks as pictured, clean rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The balcony view is quite panoramic, the beach is right there. Being able to see the beach every morning was wonderful. Our host was always available to answer our questions. The Hotel administration and maintenance people were very friendly. Would highly recommend staying there.

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

We loved this condo! The view is so worth it! It’s small but had plenty of space for our family of four. The beach is also so close and a great spot to swim. Allison had tons of great information in her welcome letter that was really helpful. I also appreciated all of the amenities, like a small cooler and beach chairs for the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed! If we come back to PR I would easily rent this place again! Also Uber is so easy to use, that’s how we got around. If you go check out Old San Juan (you should!) I would recommend taking an Uber instead of your rental car. Traffic is pretty busy down there and the Uber ride was so easy!

I gave this a 5* review because it matched the description and is in a great location but there’s a few things to note. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is pretty dated. The kitchen and bathroom are getting ready for an update. This isn’t the Airbnb’s fault at all, but the gate to the beach closes at 7pm, and even with the key fab you can’t get in after that and have to walk around (about .5km). Probably the most frustrating part is a loud AC unit compressor that sits on the balcony. The view is so beautiful and we wanted to spend mornings on the balcony, but it’s so loud it’s honestly hard to talk to each other while it’s running. Overall the house is as described and the location is great!! Just some small nuances to the place that detracted I wanted to highlight.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Isla Verte! The place was perfect; spacious, clean, and located in a great complex with a beautiful pool. The best part was being right in front of the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The only downside was that during our last night, we experienced an 8-hour power outage, which meant no A/C, making it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again :)

We had a fantastic stay at this condo for our girls' trip, celebrating a milestone birthday! The space was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our group. The owner was very accommodating, especially with our arrival time, which we really appreciated.  The location was excellent—very close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach, Starbucks coffee, great restaurants inside the hotels on the same street and on the beach, which made dining and exploring super easy.  One thing to note is the street noise—being on the 20th floor, we didn’t expect it to be so noticeable, and it did affect our light sleepers. Earplugs might be a good idea for those sensitive to sound.  During our stay, the building management did some work that required the water to be turned off for a few hours. Fortunately, the owner had a backup water tank available. We were at the beach at the time, so it didn’t impact us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this condo.

Pleasant stay & everything is near within 5 min walk: Food, supermarket & beach. I can recommend the appartment.

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

Cynthia’s place was just as described and provided a perfect getaway from the Ohio winter. I felt safe as a solo female traveler and there were many easily walkable spots to enjoy (some of my favorites: Cafe Mam for lunch, Kumi Rooftop for dinner, The Fairmount for cocktails, Torres’ Place for beachside drinks and tacos). Cynthia’s check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy, the apartment was spotless, and she was very responsive during a power outage (which you can’t go to PR without knowing and accepting could happen!). With lots of pricey hotels nearby, you get a good alternative value here. Being on the beach with a nice pool was really all I wanted, and I got it! Would recommend and stay again! ❤️🇵🇷

Could not begin to describe how grateful I am to have had Milly as a host - my flight was delayed 10 hours (330 pm arrival time pushed back to 130 am) and while waiting there was an island wide power outrage. I was also traveling alone so it made me nervous. Milly was super responsive and flexible, and went and hooked the apt up to the generator for me for a smooth arrival after a very long day. SUCH a welcoming host. Aside from that, the views are unbeatable, 2 minute walk to the beach, many restaurants in walking distance, very comfy apartment. Made the hurdles worth it. I loved staying here and would absolutely stay again.

Great place, quick catch freeway, many places nearby and Tito is nice and friendly person, I would recommend his place to tourists, and me also choose this place for next time, thank you Tito

Javier is a wonderful host. Our flight was delayed and he met us at 1:30 AM. He offered great recommendations for food, etc. The apartment is well stocked and on the beach. Seriously, he thought of everything we might need.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

We absolutely loved staying at Janet's place. Location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful Isla Verde beach. Easy 15 min uber drive to Old San Juan for nightlife activities. The apt is small (suitable for 2 people), but well appointed, clean, great ac and peaceful. Janet was super helpful, responsive and checked in often to ensure everything was going well. She provided clear instructions for access and was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a couple. Location is ideal with restaurants and beach at walkable distance. The view from the apartment is actually much better than what can be seen from the photos. Luis was very responsive and helped quite a bit throughout our stay.

Felt in love with Sheila's place! Looks just like the pictures but even better. Very helpful and accommodating. Will be staying again in the future for sure.

Marla and Orlando were excellent hosts! Both were very responsive and readily accessible. Their home was very clean with alot of at home amenities available. The location was great! I would recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay at Pedro’s place. Host provided multiple supplies needed for vaca, apartment had everything you needed, even some snacks and drinks which was nice on late arrival. Pedro made sure to check in and also sent plenty of recommendations for things to do and food. Location was perfect, away from the busy street life but also close enough for walking distance. Balcony had great view with comfy chairs, apartment was a good size and clean. Would definitely stay with Pedro again!

We came to celebrate my daughter and her father’s birthday it was very clean loved that the shower handle pulled down for my toddler. Loved everything it was so comfortable

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed to step off the plane and head straight to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs towels and umbrella. Peace of mind having a gated key fob entrance as well! Hope this available next year when we come back!
