Vacation rentals with a sauna in Carolina

What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

This place was truly amazing! In the best area to stay in old San Juan. Samantha was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely be booking again.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! This is my second time staying in this condominium, but the first time in this specific apartment, and I love it! It’s only 30 to 40 minutes from both San Juan and Fajardo, right in the middle,which is amazing if you’re planning to go on tours. The pool is close to the beach, and the beach itself is beautiful, private, and clean. The area is peaceful and quiet. There’s a store on the corner where you can find everything you need for your stay, and Walmart(Canóvanas) is just 16 to 18 minutes away.

This property was amazing. The View from 12th floor of the living room area was truly breathtaking. Access to the apartment and private entrance to the beach was quite simple. Parking was also quite easy, I had no issues with parking in the front lot and the staff was friendly. This host was very accommodating regarding an early check-in for a very small fee that practically felt free allowing my family to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day and evening. The amenities, furniture and condition of the apartment were accurate. The property and apartment were also very clean. The location is near a lot of beaches, shops and restaurants and a short ride to many other vibrant areas of San Juan. The host was very responsive and proactive in making sure we were okay and comfortable but not in an overwhelming way. I hope to stay at this property again if I come with a group or family as you should as well. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

We arrived in Puerto Rico just as the entire island was reeling from a power outage. Bryan was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early with an upgraded apartment., The power had come back, but, unfortunately, the city water supply had not. He supplied us with filtered water jugs and bottles. But, at the end, we had to check out since it was a little hard to use the restroom without running water. He was very understanding and also offered the full refund as we stayed only a few hours. In any case, we are very grateful to him and would have loved to stay, The place was impeccable, squeaky clean with great amenities like body lotion and handwash, which many ABBs do not seem to offer these days. We had a lovely stay at Magda’s apartment. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was lovely and quite comfortable. Everything was clean and supplied well. The area is extremely walkable. You could easily walk to town in 10 to 15 minutes. Beach is right outside the condo and if you want a little bit more action, you can walk closer to Isla Verde Beach, which would be about a 10 to 15 minute walk - we did that with our chairs and grabbed some snacks and beverages from the local pharmacy right across the street from the beach. It was perfect to have those options!

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

Great location right on the beach! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a small cooler. Magda responsed to any inquiry right away. We had a wonderful experience at her place. I would definitely book again.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in Magda’s Airbnb for an entire year while I was in Puerto Rico for work, and I can confidently say it was the best long-term stay I’ve ever experienced. The apartment is in an unbeatable location just steps from the beach, which made morning walks and sunset views a daily luxury. It’s also close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you might need, making it incredibly convenient for both work and relaxation. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Magda. She is an outstanding host, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring. From day one, she made sure I felt at home and was always just a message away if I ever needed anything. Her attentiveness really elevated the experience, and I’m so grateful for her hospitality throughout the entire year. Our stay was an amazing stay and although it was on the 4th floor it was not bad at all , just the first day bringing the luggage. Aside from that the view, the roof top and the amenities was a plus. The host was very attentive and friendly and gave clear instructions. I would stay here again and definitely would recommend the place.

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

We had a wonderful time in our beloved PR, with a first time experience in Cataño! We DID notice a few strangers looking into the property directly from the windows and from behind the large see-through door, making us feel like we were a (live) part of the home’s art exhibits for the local public. Otherwise, it’s a lovely and modern spot with an amazing waterfront view, walkable access to ferry (going to Old San Juan) and a lively musical area.

The place was great just as described. Be ready to walk up some stairs because its on the 4th floor. It was very clean and fully equipped. My family and I loved using the beach equipment so we didnt have to rent anything. It was great! PJ is one of the host and he is a SPECTACULAR host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend using this space for your visit to PR.

If you're looking for a lovely, clean, well-kept home in a beautiful and unique location... this is it! The views are unbeatable and the outside seating areas and pool are perfect. We enjoyed dining outdoors every night, relaxing in the pool, and soaking in the scenery. Santos and Luis were perfect hosts and always eager to help when we had questions. This place is unforgettable and we can't wait to come back!
